O mizerie de firma. Am cautat apartamente in centru, postate de ei ca fiind in centru si m-am trezit ca defapt sunt la periferie. Ma rog, o firma mizerabila ca majoritatea din tara asta condusa de niste burtosi cheli.

I previously reported a fraud case involving an individual who used Imobiliare.ro to advertise a rental property. At the time, I felt the platform offered little support and did not take sufficient action based on the evidence I provided.

Since then, after continued communication, the customer support team re-engaged with the case. They followed up with the agent, requested proof of payments, and monitored the situation until the full amount owed to me (675 EUR) was refunded in several transfers. The platform ultimately took a more active role, and their involvement contributed to resolving the issue.

While my initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that the team eventually stepped in and ensured a fair outcome. I hope future cases can benefit from faster intervention and clearer processes, but I acknowledge their effort in bringing this situation to a successful conclusion.

Their services are NOT FREE! - this is not obvious.
They leave you to write an entire ad, to give them your personal data, and THEN they tell you that it costs you several hundreds lei for posting the ad.

Site-ul cu meniu complicat, prost ergonomizat și catalogat.
Cu toate ca am plătit varianta gold - 400 lei, am avut mai puține vizualizări decât pe OLX. Ro - fără bani, și niciun potențial client. Sigur, multe dintre părerile de aici nu sunt reale.
NU recomand.

Practica dezavantajoasă față de clientul persoană fizică care dorește să publice un anunț: deși achită o taxă de publicare de aproximativ 55 de euro, acesta nu are posibilitatea de a selecta toate opțiunile care descriu corect caracteristicile apartamentului. În lipsa acestor opțiuni, anunțul nu este afișat potențialilor clienți care folosesc filtrele disponibile pe platformă. În consecință, vizibilitatea anunțului este sever afectată, iar clientul final este în mod indirect împins să apeleze la o agenție imobiliară – întrucât, conform simulărilor efectuate, agențiile au posibilitatea de a seta complet opțiunile aferente ofertei publicate.

Servicii de slaba calitate, posteaza anunt fara legatura cu adresa din anunt

degeaba intri pe imobiliare.ro, cand pretul de activare a unui singur anuntul este de 52 euro+tva 19% (in loc de 104 euro) (obligatoriu promovarea se baga pe gat ) sau promovare Gold de 63 euro + tva 19% . de aici au crescut preturile apartamentelor si comisioanele agentiilor si dezvoltatorilor de la 2% la 4 % . O rusine, nu am incredere in astfel de site. NU RECOMAND ! E dubios ! " pentru activarea unui singur anunt, vei avea de plătit: 307,86 RON (52.00€ +TVA)

Aveam alte asteptari, mai intelegeam 10 euro pentru 1 anunt, dar 52euro + tva
