Great fun for kids, Matt and his team was amazingThx

Fantastic afternoon with Matt and the team learning about dinosaurs. My little one loved each station, and more importantly, I was overwhelmed by how kind, considerate and attentive Matt and his team were. Really recommend if you value great customer care and love dinosaurs!

I took my son today to the experience In Hatfield galleria. We had a truly wonderful time! My little boy is autistic and can get extremely overwhelmed, the staff instantly took this into consideration and adjusted the volume in the dome, so my son could enjoy it properly, it was a truly wonderful experience! And I learnt some handy facts too 😁

I would like to start by saying the staff were truly lovely, really really sweet, but the experience itself was lacking.

I’m glad I only paid £5/head for the first session of the day, rather than £10 (so £15 rather than £30 for the three of us).

In the dome unfortunately a big chunk of the video was out of visible range so not sure if it was set up wrong on this occasion, but as such we could only see the heads of some of the dinosaurs right down the bottom of the dome.

We didn’t get to try the VR properly as my son was scared within seconds, which is a shame as I think that is a big part of the experience.

As for everything else you can make slime (a 2 minute activity), have your face painted, and do ‘egg arts and crafts’ (just blank eggs and a few felt tips on the table when we went) thats it. The ad mentioned a fossil dig but that was nowhere to be seen.

I booked this based on glowing reviews so I cant help be disappointed I’m afraid.

**Edited to add that the manager contacted me after reading this review and kindly offered a ‘do-over’ with extras having rectified some of the issues I mentioned. Unfortunately we wont have time to go back but really appreciate the gesture and concern the company have shown. While our experience on the day is still valid I’m sure that it was a very rare occurrence and the customer service/after care is impressive. Maybe we will try again if they come back in future.

Many thanks to Matt and his team for the space and dinosaur experience at the Galleria, Hatfield. My granddaughter and I had a great time. Matt took the time to explain different facts to her and his partner was fabulous too. To quote my granddaughter "this is the best day ever".

Immersive Experiences were spectacular to work with, from planning right through to packing up. The pupils (and teachers) learned loads and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and had a super mannerism with the pupils. We will definitely be asking for Immersive Experiences to come back to our school.

We booked a planetarium for science week for our school SEND school. Booking was quick and simple. We had Matt as a presenter who responded to all my queries very promptly and was great with the kids. The students and staff really enjoyed the experience

We had a great experience at Fullhurst Community College, and the team we worked with were wonderful. After an initial chat with Zee about our needs, Matt B was especially kind and flexible in what was offered on the day. As part of our Pledge to students, we opted for an Escher-inspired art experience, a space experience for our students with additional learning needs and a guided meditation for staff wellbeing after school. It couldn’t have been better, and we would happily order the exact same setup again in the future. Many thanks!

Everything was well managed and experience was amazing for kids. They really enjoyed themselves especially in the VR. I would suggest to increase the number of VRs since it is so popular:)

Amazing Christmas and space event in Hatfield. Kids enjoyed it. As the name says it’s an immersive experience . The dome movie was very unique, kids loves to play the Xbox, VR and AR. The arts and craft and slime making was exciting. Over all a must visit.

We had a visit from Immersive Experiences on November 16th. Matt arrived early and set up the most incredible Dome. 12 classes accessed an SEN specific show in the Dome.
It was a wonderful experience for the pupils aged between 7 - 19. Matt changed the way he presented for the different audiences.

Learned a lot of new things and got a time to explore other side of astronomy, looking forward for more experience at immersive.

We have had the pleasure of working with Immersive Experiences for a few years now at our STEAM Northants events at the University of Northampton. They provided us with high quality domes and VR headsets which inspired and thrilled students from year 6 - 13 from our local schools. It is always a highlight of the event.

Immersive Experiences' customer service is fantastic, their staff are kind and friendly and they are a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Immersive Experiences provided our University with a top-quality personalised dome, projector, and laptop at a very competitive price. The equipment was hand-delivered by experts from the company who took the time to help set it up and answered every question we had. I won't use any other planetarium company again!

The experience they provide to the audience is very much appreciated especially the domes, VR, hands on Science sections and many more... I got opportunity to interact with students as well as parents which I consider is a great thing... I'm interested in working with this esteemed establishment in the upcoming days and future as well. Immersive Experiences provided a 5m space dome as part of our annual school science festival. They were one of our most popular exhibits & everyone who took part gave us really positive feedback about their experience. The staff are clearly very knowledgable and passionate about STEM education which made for some really engaging & informative sessions for pupils.

We can't thank the team enough for all their support and organisation in the run up to the event - everyone I worked with across the team was really helpful and went above & beyond to make sure we could provide an amazing experience for the children. The team even offered a number of extras that we hope ensures local schools will continue to benefit from their work in future. Thank you Zee & team!

Our event involved an inflatable dome that acted as a 360° planetarium and that could accommodate up to 60 students at a time, although some of our groups were conveniently smaller. Inside the dome a special projector displayed an all-round view of the sky on the dome and could be programmed for any time of day or night from any global location. The dome came with its own expert Planetarium Presenter, astrophysicist Mr Matt Nutter, who proved to be a big hit with both students and staff. The students were able to benefit from Mr Nutter’s supreme knowledge as an astrophysicist and general astronomy enthusiast when asking questions at the end of each session. It was a fantastic event in which students were able to sample different flavoured ice creams that were made for astronauts.
We will definitely be booking again for next year.
