We find Img.Vision a great service to assist with uploading hundreds of product images at a time to Shopify via csv file. Because it gives us a constant and predictable URL structure, its really handy
Sent a pre sales question through their web site and despite it stating "I usually respond within 24hrs, even in weekends." about a week later I still haven't see a reply. Sent a follow up request and still nothing. Doesn't give you a warm glowing feeling about their level of support when you don't even get a reply before you are a customer.!
Re your reply, the information was submitted directly through your web site on three separate occasions so I would suggest if you cannot see any emails from me then you have a problem with the email interface on your web site. I will try send you can email directly.

Mathias responded to my review on Trustpilot and as he suggested I emailed him directly and he did reply within minutes to my message so I have updated my rating to reflect his response to my original review and his efforts to resolve my issue. Can't review the product yet as we haven't signed up yet but nice to know they do take notice of the reviews and actively try to resolve them.

We are using Img.vision to host our images to bacth upload on shopify. We initially tried adding images to Shopify and writing that link on the csv file but Shopify would duplicate our images rather than using the actual link. With Img.Vision the upload and transfer is super fast, and the links are predictable. Highly recommend.
To get around eBay's limitation of 24 photos per listing, you can upload any number of photos to Img.vision and it will provide you the HTML code to place those images inside the listing's Description box. The software is relatively intuitive for novices like me. Although there's a free version, you need a paid subscription (inexpensive) to remove watermarks from the images. When I had difficulty with one process, I emailed the company and within an hour the founder, Mathias, solved the issue for me (on a Sunday afternoon, no less). Good guy, good company, good service.

I have been selling online since 1997 and have used almost every image hosting service there is. Img.Vision is at the top of the class. You can drop and drag one pic at a time or fifty. It takes 3 or 4 seconds and once the pics upload you cut and paste the link and you are done. It is that easy. It is perfect for people just starting out and a must for professional sellers who need to save time The cost is very low and one of the best values online. What impressed me more than anything was the founder Mathias actually emails you when you sign up to make sure you are running smoothly. I wish there was something bad to tell you about mg. Vision but there is not. TY Mathias for making my life a little easier

Pricing structure is one of the most reasonable I've found and the ability to quickly grab all of the URLs for a folder of images is critical for helping me quickly list stuff on eBay with image galleries in the description.
