Incredible service and fantastic quality
Not only was the quality of the product very high, the customer service was more helpful than I have ever seen. I was very new to buying these kinds of clothes and the help I received in picking the optimal options was incredible. I appreciated their patience and kindess as well as their helpfulness.
All around, I would be more than happy to recommend this to others based on the customer service and the quality of the products.

I can’t rate Imani Studio highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Asma gave me honest and excellent information about what I needed to buy and how to wear it. Took pictures and video footage and sent them to me. No pressurised selling and beautiful selection of clothing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would expect that as much the company appreciates any purchase, it also values the emotion of purchaser when they happen to cancel the order, it does not happen often but for very genuine reasons only and the refund needs to be processed with the same speed as orders
Placed are considered.
While I was too intrigued and loved the items you had and wanted to buy them so much but had an unfortunate incident and needed money more than clothes, so I cancelled my order but it's been 3 weeks and I am yet to receive the refund.

We have kept you informed with every step and made your refund soon after receiving the package back. In our views you have been unfair with your feedback but we do respect how you feel.

Made a purchase that I had to refund as it was too long, they made the process very easy. The item arrived on time and refund was processed very soon after I had returned my package. The delivery fee of 5.50 wasn't refunded but they make this clear and tbf lots of places do this as well. Will definitely look to purchase other items of clothing from here.
