I signed up for $1 for a week's access and they billed me over $60 for the month. They refused to refund the $63, but they acted like they were being very generous to refund the $1. All their communications were strategically worded to mislead. ---They was to deceive and steal. Also the tool wasn't as useful for me as I hoped, so I never used it after that first day.
I even sent them a snip of their own website to show that I had never agreed to pay a monthly fee, but they didn't care. Their responses were AI generated too, I guess.

This company is cheating and tricking people to pay more.
They offer to charge $1.49 for one week trial, instead they charge you 39.99 $ for whole month without any approval and any intimation.

“Claiming it is mentioned in policy”

It is cheating and tricking company who don’t want to serve customer only cheat. If there was one bit honesty and ethics they would have vouched to return falsely charged amount or keep the account for the month of usage.

Instead they are ready to stop the account on the day of charging but not ready to refund illicit charges. This cheating by mentality. Sick customer care !!!

Pixella.ai is deeply misleading and extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, this service feels designed to take your money rather than provide real value.

First, the tool itself is close to useless. Despite being marketed as a logo generator with customization, it is practically impossible to create a usable or professional logo. The options are shallow, the results are generic, and the output is nowhere near what is advertised.

Second—and much worse—the pricing is intentionally unclear. You are shown an attractive offer of €1.29 for 7 days of premium, but it is barely noticeable that this automatically turns into a €35 monthly subscription. This crucial information is hidden in tiny text, which feels deliberately deceptive.

Finally, once the charge goes through, customer support suddenly becomes unavailable. Messages go unanswered, and there is no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the complaint.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience that left me feeling misled and ignored. I strongly regret using this service and would advise others to be extremely cautious before giving them any payment details.
