When you contacted us on 12th March to let us know the bust measurement on your dress did not match our size chart, we acted promptly — providing a prepaid return label and arranging a replacement at no inconvenience to you. Unfortunately, upon receiving the returned item, we found the replacement was not in a condition that met our quality standards for re-dispatch and it was the last piece. In light of this, we issued you a full refund so that the matter could be resolved as fairly as possible.
We completely understand that waiting for a refund to clear can be frustrating, and we did our best to explain that processing times of 2–3 working days are a standard banking procedure entirely outside of our control.
We are proud to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for both our customers and our team. While we always strive to go above and beyond for every customer, we do have a responsibility to ensure our staff are treated with courtesy and professionalism during every interaction. On this occasion, when that was not possible, our team acted in accordance with our values.

True to size and Comfortable fit..
The dresses were very nice and exactly as shown in the pictures. They were true to size, and the fabric quality was great. Delivery was also on time.Sometimes XL sizes are labeled as “XL” but actually fit like a large, which can be disappointing. However, the dress I bought was perfectly true to size….it fit like a proper XL, not smaller. It was comfortable and well fitting..Overall, I had a very good experience.
