Based on my experience

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about this business and its operations. I was unable to verify a legitimate company structure behind the website, and my dealings appeared to be with a single individual presenting the operation as an established business.

We experienced a financial loss and are still in the process of disputing the transaction. The individual also made repeated references to being highly religious, which, in my view, was used to build trust.

I strongly recommend that potential customers conduct thorough due diligence before making any payments or entering into an agreement with this business.

We are extremely disappointed to read your review, as we do not recognise you as a customer of I LOVE VOYAGE LTD and have been unable to identify any booking or transaction associated with your name.

I LOVE VOYAGE is a legitimate UK-registered travel company providing flights, hotels, holidays, airport transfers and other travel services.

Your review makes serious allegations about our company's legitimacy, financial losses and an individual's religious beliefs, yet you provide no details of any travel service you have purchased from us.

What exactly did you book with I LOVE VOYAGE? Was it a flight, hotel, holiday or another travel service?

You also claim to have suffered a financial loss. We would appreciate clarification of which transaction you are referring to, as we have been unable to identify any corresponding transaction in our records.

Your comments about someone's religious beliefs appear irrelevant to the services we provide and do not help establish what experience you allegedly had with our company.

We welcome genuine customer feedback, whether positive or negative, and we always take legitimate complaints seriously. However, we strongly object to potentially misleading allegations that could unfairly damage our business reputation.

We have formally reported your review to Trustpilot and requested an investigation into its authenticity and relevance.

Took my money in advance and the driver…

Took my money in advance and the driver never came

I booked a taxi through Manchester Taxi Service after finding their website online. Everything seemed normal at first. They replied quickly, confirmed the booking, and asked me to pay in advance to secure the ride. I had no reason to doubt them, so I paid.

On the day of the pickup, nobody came. I stood waiting, calling the number over and over, sending messages, and got nothing back. Not a single reply. The same number that had been so quick to respond before I paid went completely silent the moment my money was gone. I ended up having to book another taxi at the last minute and pay again just to get where I needed to go.

Since then I have tried many times to reach them to ask for a refund. Every call goes unanswered and every message is ignored. There has been no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to return the money.

When I started looking into the company properly, I could not find any registered business, office address, or real identity behind the website. It appears to be nothing more than a website and a phone number set up to collect advance payments. I have now handed everything over to a legal advisor and reported the payment so the person behind this can be traced.

Please do not pay this service anything in advance. If you have already been through the same thing, report it to Action Fraud and your bank, and leave a review here so others are warned before they lose their money too.

It is the same scammer who has multiple websites with different names he has no business but just fake websites and scamming people please stay away

This review is false and does not describe any genuine booking with our company. We have thoroughly checked our booking, payment and communication records and cannot find any customer, journey or payment matching your name or allegations.

You have posted accusations about Manchester Taxi Service on the I Love Voyage Trustpilot page, although these are separate UK-registered companies. You have provided no booking reference, journey date, pickup address, payment receipt or evidence that you contacted us.

We believe this review is retaliatory and connected to a separate commercial dispute involving PHPTravels. Your allegations that our legitimate companies operate fake websites and scam people are completely denied.

Under section 1 of the Defamation Act 2013, a false statement may be defamatory where its publication causes, or is likely to cause, serious harm to a person’s reputation. For a trading company, serious harm means serious financial loss. We reserve all our legal rights regarding these allegations.

We have requested evidence of this alleged transaction and reported the matter to Trustpilot. If this was a genuine booking, please provide the booking reference, journey details and proof of payment through Trustpilot’s verification process.
