Quick delivery, good service
Initially was skeptical as the website seemed a bit dodgy, however it was a swift transaction with even quicker delivery. Highly recommended and a good grinder which was well packaged.

Good coffee and coffee accessories
I buy single origin coffee beans regularly from K+ Coffee, having first come across the company when looking to buy a new coffee grinder. I've always found them excellent to deal with. Products are good quality and delivery is always very prompt. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the coffee subscription portal, which is a bit of a pain.
UPDATE (MAY 2024): The subscription portal has now been replaced and is much improved.

Ordered a grinder with a blower
Ordered a grinder with a blower, the grinder arrived very quickly unfortunately was missing the blower. I emailed them on a Saturday and within minutes I had a response that they were resending the blower. That arrived 2 days later. Excellent service. Not actually tried the grinder yet though as it’s a Christmas gift.

Best price, best service.
I've had a lot more issues than I had expected with companies selling good coffee equipment, it was starting to feel like it was par for the course. The exception was K+ Coffee, who got the right item to me, quickly, with no fuss and at the lowest price. It was a refreshing change!
