Me encanta la atención humana que tienen y el control de mi negocio a pesar de que no tenga el inventario conmigo ellos hacen que se haga sencillo y simple

Esta gente, que se hace la seria, me estuvo cobrando de mas (inventan pallets por ejemplo y bins) como por casi 2 años, lo asumen pero no me quieren devolver el dinero por que dicen que como no me di cuenta en su momento ya es pasado, acomodan sus argumentos siempre a su beneficio, ese fue uno de los ejemplos de sus argumentos, todos los meses te mandan el total a pagar, no la factura detallada entonces uno no se da cuenta facil, ademas de que intente por un año saber que me cobraban, pero fue imposible, pero como son encantadores de serpientes hasta te hacen sentir confiada y te quedas tranquila, en resumen me robaron, y por otro lado fui a retirar mis cosas ahora en Noviembre y por esas cosas de la vida en el lugar se me ocurrio probar un producto y estaba arruinado , me devolvieron mi mercadería hecha basura, mis productos requerían estar en una zona fresca por que eran cosméticos y parece que en la mudanza que hicieron este año se olvidaron de eso, obviamente ninguno asume el error, (cuando se dieron cuenta del error por que yo iba a viajar y una empleada de ellos, Camila, me dijo que mi mercaderia estaba en deposito regular casi m muero, por que eso significaba que mi mercaderia ya no iba a servir mas, ahi acomodaron todo para que parezca que Camila se habia confundido, pero las evidencias mostraron otra cosa), dicen que mi mercaderia estuvo siempre donde yo pedi que estuviera, pero es matematico, mi producto solo se pone asi por haber estado expuesto al calor extremo y no por unas horas, si no por varios dias, de esa misma producción tengo mas en Argentina y estan perfectos. Ellos ademas de mentir, el maltrato que recibí sobre todo por parte de Cesar Diaz fue increíble, llego a decirme que ya no podia hablar mas conmigo por que yo ya no era su cliente, en resumen, me hicieron perder todo, me robaron en la facturación y me maltrataron, este review es simplemente por que no quiero que esto le pase a alguien mas, uno pone sus esfuerzos e ilusión , mi dinero no me lo devuelve nadie, pero si puedo ayudar a que estas cosas dejen de pasar y se pueda trabajar en confianza para mi sirve. Su hermano es Julio Diaz, otro encantador de serpientes, pero menos mal educado que Cesar, este la juega de callado. Muy poco profesionales, mala gente ademas.

Very poor communication from them which would be essential by a prep center...

The main communication channel used is e-mailing and they hardly monitor their emails, in fact I need to contact them every day to get a response once or twice a week.

I ordered hundreds of units to them with the first one arriving two weeks ago and I still don't know what items they received.

Don't use their services if you don't need constant headache...
