AWFUL!! I have contacted this company SEVERAL times to cancel the autoship as this makeup does not work for me. I am STILL getting autoshipments & charges months later & they have not responded to me AT ALL! Terrible/non-existent customer service.

Did not receive my goods for trial and no response to messages yet still trying to take full payment.

I was dubious about the online test- mostly because I don't trust my own judgement when it comes to colour matching! I was pleasantly surprised though, as its the closest match I've ever had. Still seems a little yellow toned against my skin, but still the best I've found so far. Also my skin is extremely dry, so I get a bit of a patchy look on my most troublesome areas. I was hoping for a miracle probably, but I'll have to try their primer and see if that makes a difference as I've only used other brands so far

I don't like the shipping charge of £7+ then to add postage , just advertise the full price so people can decide if they want it .

Taking money out of my account on 7 occasions have had to block bank account. Once you purchase they have all your payment details about £200 taken trying to obtain reimbursement.

I didn't like this foundation and tried to return it, as it states in the advert, that you can. Don't believe a word they say! They have since sent 2 more orders, despite me ringing and emailing on lots of occasions. They have even emailed me back confirming the order was cancelled and yet, still they are sending more...awful to deal with!

Scam….. Absolutely disgusted at the way you’re treated by this company.

They just take money out of your bank account and then difficult to log in and cancel automatic deliveries.

Has to cancel these payments with my bank.

Returned products after being sent a returns label however still waiting for a refund if £66. Told I was sent a voucher which is not what I asked for I asked for a refund.

Fraudulent company do not use.

Absolutely did not sign up for a subscription and yet, I appear to have one. Can not send the second box back. Page just keeps refreshing. Product is fine for five minutes then sinks into my fine lines turning them into wrinkles.

Highly recommended, i love their foundation.

I am not a person who like to leave bad reviews, but very unhappy with the whole situation created. The customer service has not been bad and I have received a quick response, but wrong products sent. On one occasion used face power product was sent in the past, plus broken. I have tried to return the product, so at least they can use for testing and it doesn't go waste,so I can get the correct shade, but they send me another one which is even worse. This is not sustainable at all. A waste of my time to go backwards and forwards with emails to resolve my issue. Today, I was told that I was sent the correct shade, but when I checked the number of the foundation it's the wrong one again. I have emailed back that I want to return the products and receive an email that did not satisfy my needs, again and extra waste of time. The only reason I ordered, it's because the products are cruelty free. As a person who loves animals, what I use on my skin is very important to me. Unfortunately I will have to find another brand that I can personally try.
