Received garment, didn't match the measurements, therefore doesn't fit. Contacted Illutminate same day garment was received to arrange return and refund. Approximately 10 emails back and forth, Illutminate insisting returning the item would cost me too much. No effort to provide details for return. Offered $6-10 US dollars refund on $50plus purchase. Still insisting that's the best they can do. It's not, but they're not going to honour their own terms. DO NOT BUY FROM ILLUTMINATE.

Not sure if it is a scam, but I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my package. I placed my order March 25. They provided tracking info, but it seems like a scam to keep stringing you along. My package has been in Lawron OK for 10 days now, since April 21. The company gives me the same bullshit (probably AI generated) response when I email them. Don't buy this Chinese made crap! I regret it.

Illuminate is a fraudulent website/company. Do not purchase ANYTHING from them. I live in USA and tracking says item being delivered in Italy. They tie up your time in the tracking issues. Best not to purchase at all. I forgot to do my homework before I hit the “buy” button. Never again

I ordered in error the sticker on shelving. Sent an email with 24 hours of ordering to cancel. They indicated it was too late as it already shipped. How is that possible. I have been going back and forth for two weeks and I ended up receiving the product that I canceled. Now I’m trying to obtain a prepaid return mailing label so I can return the unopened package and get a full refund. I don’t think this is going to end well for me. Buyer beware. Customer service sucks. Response is slow. Never again. They make you purchase the freight insurance, then there’s the tax. Product was offered for $19.99 each, spend $39.00 and get free shipping. What a joke!! Total cost was $52.00 after everything was said and done. I refuse to open package as I plan on returning and getting a refund.
