They charged me for an auto renewal and I cancelled it and submitted a refund request within the time frame shown on their website. I also followed up with an email the same day, since their site doesn't give a confirmation of the refund request. It's a year later and I'm still out my money. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and they did not respond. They do not answer their support phone #. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Phenomenal Resource for Continued Professional Education that has only enhanced my skillset and knowledge.

I have had the unlimited subscription for CPAs the past few years and it has mostly been a good experience with Illumeo. There are lots of courses and webinars to choose from with all sorts of subjects that can apply to a variety of CPAs and fields. Overall the classes are easy to follow and complete for credits.

One thing that could be better is getting the compliance monitor updated quicker. So far from my experience is that the compensation monitor does not get updated until about 6-10 months into the fiscal year (7/1-6/30 for Minnesota). So I have to go over half the year manually calculating what credits I need for the current year. I would think when you advertise a compliance monitor as a perk of the subscription you would prioritize getting it updated each year.

Illumeo is a great CPE platform. They have a ton of on-demand courses, more than enough webinars, great CPE tracking tools, a simple to use site, and it's cheap! I've used other providers but Illumeo is the best experience and the biggest bang for the buck.
