Ordering on the website was very easy an simple. Very helpful staff on the telephone. Quantity of materials delivered was exactly right. Fitting instructions easy to follow. Delivery was 2 days early but the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. Only downside was the factory cutting of the rock wool panels was not consistent as some panels were double thickness and could not easily be trimmed. Would certainly recommend this product to others.

Everything arrived well packaged and on time. My builder was very happy.

Have a better pricing structure for delivery. You to charge £154 through my supplier which was more expensive than the product I was buying. The customer advisor would only reduce it to £90. When I went online as it had said I could get it for £49. If I had an extra day I would have got it with free delivery somewhere else.
I had said it was the start for more larger orders but this experience means I am unlikely to use them again now, I will purchase the products elsewhere.

Since the above the company have been in touch and explained where the delivery pricing error occurred and rectified the issue to my satisfaction.

This was a DIY project and when I called Ikoustic Farouk Forster answered the phone and he dealt with all my queries in a helpful and engaging way. He took trouble to explain the things that I did not understand and dealt with my order efficiently and swiftly.

The product was supplied within the agreed number of days.

Firstly thanks to Elliot for taking my order over the phone and arranging delivery of the products to our rural cottage. His patience , professionalism , and advice made me quickly realise these guys are one of the best around. I contacted a few others before going with Ikoustic and glad I ended up here.

My only advice is listen to them. I used their rail and clip system with rockwool RW5 and Tecsound 100 between acoustic plasterboard. Made a huge difference. I tried without the rail system in an upstairs room and although it was ok as I used tecsound 100 and rockwool RW3, it wasn't as effective as the clips and rail system .

Thanks again. We were going to sell our cottage as we couldn't stand the noise, with your help we are at peace again.

Great products , not a sales company but people that know their product .When unsure just ask and I have always got a straight forward easy to understand solution .
Delivery quicker than expected .
Delivery can be a bit expensive on small orders . But ask .

The only thing to let things down was delivery which I think was expensive along with the fact as I asked for an early delivery and it came at 5.30pm.

Helpful telephone advice, simple ordering, quick invoicing, payment and delivery. Quality soundproofing products.

I would have loved to give a good review, I think they have one of the best system on the market. Unfortunately, my attempts to get a detailed quote for a Gold System has been unsuccessful, hence I won't be able to test their solution.
After a first contact, I got an estimate and was offered a detailed quote if I was still interested. I was keen to get their system and asked for a quote, but apparently made the mistake to ask the wrong question about the pricing compare to their competitors!
Since then, I've been completely ghosted, I gave up as they ignore my emails.
The thing is that at this stage I would have accepted any standard marketing/corporate message as an answer and get their system anyway, but I guess they have enough customers and don't care about more.
I guess I will have to go to their competitors.

Really helpful advisers but issues with the products supplied. The insulation was too thick for the cavity (direct to wall system) so needed to urgently source new insulation locally. Plus the 5% allowance for ‘spare’ materials proved to be too little and so needed to arrange for expensive next day delivery to minimise on site delays.

Goods ordered arrived the following day, despite missing the 11am deadline for next day delivery.
So I am very appreciative.
