Fair and Fast - that's how I would describe all of my dealings with iHeartDogs. I've always received the items I have ordered and on the rare occasion something is wrong, they have been ready and willing to make it right.

This is for Iheartdog.com immune support.i got the immune support supplement. First the my dog would not eat unless my other dog would eat it. I read on the warning label after I got it that if your dogs had seizures don’t give it to them. My dog does not have a history of seizures. I was still very careful of this and gave only .5 pill. The first day he stopped itching. Second day he kept on making a yelp/bark noise and ran to me for protection. It happened every couple of hours. After that happened I stopped giving it to him and after 24 hours his symptoms disappeared. Now I have one open container and 2 unopened containers that I don’t know what to do with. The customer service won’t answer your email and supposedly the company won’t take the product back. Please keep your dog safe and not order anything from them.

I gave my 18 year old husky their supplements for years. She thrived and I believe lived longer because of them! Highly recommend the bone broth mushroom powder.

All there products are made in China. Therefore, items don't last. Not recommended.

They start to steal other rescue’s post on instagram, pretend they are legit non-profit organization, and delete all the comment which is question them. They are not truly helping dogs, but use it. Please have more people stand up

The thing I want to communicate is that iheartdogs.com is different than iheartdogs.org: I Heart Dogs Rescue (iheartdogs.org) became an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity in February 2013, and officially opened its shelter doors on November 13, 2015 in Warren, Michigan. Iheartdogs.com has some broken links so I couldn't find when they setup or where they are located.

Some items can only be purchased if you are a member. So you cant pay thr higher amount for the item they make you get a membership to order it. No Thanks! Wouldnt the higher amount be better to pay since it would be more money helping animals.

This company repeatedly spams my business inbox. I have unsubscribed but keep having emails sent to me. I don't currently own a dog nor am I interested in promoting them. It would be nice if their unsubscribe feature actually worked.

I emailed them with a small customer service issue and they promptly responded AND went way above and beyond to make things right. I was beside myself at how quick and easy it was and am highly satisfied with their excellent customer service.

Pre-order product. No communication, misleading email (flat out lies) never received product or refund

I recently purchased some items from this website. Received the wrong item...contacted customer service and to date no one has responded to me. No way to call them...only email. Very disappointed with their service.

I've bought from this company many times. I love their products, and they have fast shipping. High quality items at reasonable prices.

This is a fabulous company that loves dogs. They donate to different shelters and help every doggy they can.
I have ordered several products from this company and I’m very pleased with the quality and results, especially of the CBD oil for dogs, the treats for good dental hygiene, and the toppers they offer for good immune health for our dogs.

I love getting something healthy and fun for my terrier and knowing that we are helping other dogs that have not yet found their forever homes.

EXCELLENT!!! Not only is there a great product selection- for both humans and canine companions- but EVERY purchase helps animals in need! Not just when you spend a certain amount etc, but really and truly, EVERY PURCHASE HELPS and that is so cool! And IHD's customer service is outstanding. If you are ever not 100% pleased with a purchase, they go above and beyond to make it right. These guys just GET IT!!!
