Excellent selection, Superb customer service
Excellent selection, clearly laid out on the interactive website. It was great to see a good range of products with a wide range of pricing for every budget. I was able to upload my Logo and see it on the product I selected before I committed to placing my order.
There is a live in-app chat option which was very helpful as I was chatting with a person & not a chatbot.
I was very impressed with the customer service as I received a phone call when my order was ready to be shipped as I mentioned that I needed this order urgently for an event. The call was to reassure me that my order was ready and had been shipped and told me when to expect it! I will definitely use this supplier again!

Disappointed
You changed a logo size and job was rejected. You accepted no responsibility. Job in bin 100% loss. And poor reflection on us.

Hello
We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our service, we strive to meet all our customers' expectations.
Upon reviewing the details of your order, we found that the print proof, including the logo size, was approved before proceeding with production. We assume that the customer is pleased with the print if they approve the print proof and so we proceed with the order.
We understand how crucial accurate representation of your brand is and regret any inconvenience this has caused.
While we adhere strictly to approved proofs to ensure consistency, we will use your feedback to improve our processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
