Good and helpfull tool. Direct booking, automatic messaging and Reports...are really a added value. Mobile App is a bit slow and hard to use, desktop is awesome.

Booking.com sync issues since Jul 2024!
Since July 2024 IGMS has been having severe problems with their Booking.com sync. Every few weeks I discover random dates have been blocked and that the base occupancy has been changed from 2 to 4, resulting in thousands of pounds of lost revenue from reservations with more than 2 guests. Their standard reply "our development team will get back to you".
Another issue has been the minimum nights has changed from 7 nights on my weekly rate on Booking.com to 1 night, resulting in a one night stay being booked at my weekly discounted rate.
They had problems with sending automated emails which resulted in my receiving a bad review on Booking.com when a guest did not receive the check out instructions.
I have repeatedly asked to be refunded for the properties affected, I have 6 properties and 4 have suffered because they are the 4 that are on Booking.com. They admitted to us in Aug that they were having sync issues with Booking.com due to the mark-up function and all they could advise was to stop using that function until the issue was resolved. Not taking into account the amount of time it would take us to reprice all of our rooms. They keep saying that I am the only one of their customers suffering from these issues with the Booking.com sync. So would appreciate if anyone else can write a review detailing their problems. Thank you

Highly recommended
I’ve only been using iGMS for a few months And I am very happy with the app platform itself. It’s a great tool to keep my STR business organized across all platforms I have noticed that there is a lag in receiving messages, but I still give them five stars because their Service is outstanding in every other way. Additionally, I find their webinars to be very informative which is great for new and experienced hosts, as this industry is constantly changing.
Good tool, abysmal customer service.
Overall the tool is good but there is a permanent synch issue between VRBO and IGMS for which we have opened countless tickets without any long term fix. Short term fix is mostly user driven. Customer service is there but is lacklustre and as much as the customer service representatives are polite and I assume try their best to help, the escalation process is not working and you never feel like anyone picked up your request at the Management level. This is also one of the rare vendors that does think commercial gestures are not a thing, or care too much if one of their customer leaves the platform. I assume the lack of alternatives at that price point helps boost the confidence that one customer lost is a new one made.

Best choice in Property Management
IGMS system is useful in managing multiple properties so you can message guests from one platform, managing cleaners and having a multi calendar to see what is happening in next week/month.
Additionally customer service is first class. When I have not understood how to work something on IGMS or make what I want happen, IGMS staff are always very helpful in explaining over the chat function. They give clear answers with screenshots if necessary. If they don't know something, they say, and they will always find out and get back to me. Staff are polite, knowledgeable. IGMS as a whole takes on feedback and ways of improving the system- always evolving.

A great value for money
I have been using igms software for a few months, and I am very satisfied overall. Its interface might not be the most user-friendly compared to other similar software, but it works perfectly, and it was the cheapest option for me (I only have one listing). TLDR I'd say:
- Upsides: affordability and integrations.
- Downsides: interface and lack of updated android app.

If you like double-bookings
If you like double-bookings, this is the software for you.
This software is UNRELIABLE. Some bookings appear, others don't.
Support is trash, they accuse you and then send you to an amateursitic Webinar. It has a lady speaking with such a thick hispanic accent that it is actually impossible to understand.

I have been using this software for 3 months, while synchronized with dynamic pricing tools, and this has saved me countless hours on availability management and calendar synching across short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO). Terrible support only passing bugs
I tried to integrate my iGMS against my vrbo, received an error saying to contact their support which I did several times. Each time their response is that there is no fault n their end, contact vrbo to have it sorted.
By the way, I contacted vrbo and iGMS is NOT even on their integration list they provide to me.
Anyone interested in commencing a class action regarding the false advertisement?

They have the best support team. The app offers everything I need for my type of accommodation.

IGMS Support is fantastic
IGMS Support is fantastic. There are a lot of options for channel managers and they probably all do many of the same tasks. I can say though that IGMS system does it all and it works. If that is not enough, their support is extremely responsive and give you clear answers!
