I placed an order in December 2024 for over $150 and never received my order, this business is a scam and all thier email addresses and links on their emails including tracking emails and query numbers lead to nothing. This business is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I even tried getting my bank to do a chargeback but they were unsuccessful. I will now report them to scamwatch. This site just takes your money and won't send you anything - stay away from this site

Do not order from this company!!!! After having a good experience with orders in the past my last order of nearly $300 in the middle of April, have NOT received any response after numerous emails. Have disputed with my bank but can’t see that I’ll get my money back. Disappointed to say the least!!! Give me my money back!!!!!!!

No response to my emails, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My order hasn't arrived, dodgy people.

Always have had a great experience however a recent purchase of over $300 has never been received and trying to contact the business has become impossible. So disappointing that orders were still being taken along with money from people who trusted and supported them.

After hearing some boys tell me about this place and they previously ordered I ordered $500 worth to have not a single email responded to or nothing back. They just went dark. So I get on and find this happening a lot. Something has happened to them the company has been shot or raided or something.
So I ask now. Where is everyone’s money going.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and no one has responded to any emails I have sent. I didn’t receive anything at all. So disappointing as my bank will not refund the transfer..

Similar to other reviews purchased 25th of March and have had no response to emails. Starting to think they were the ones who were raided in VIC recently and that is why we haven't had a response. Have requested the bank dispute transaction.

I have placed orders with iGetOz several times and never had an issue other than they don't reply to emails. I placed an order on 4/4/2024 ($355), have not received the order, and have not had any communication from them; they will not respond to emails.

Used to be good but last ordered 5 weeks ago and still haven’t got products I’ve emailed sent messages nothing I think now they just scamming people

Similar to below… I’ve used IGETOZ products for probably 5 yrs, always great service and delivery within 2weeks .
I’ve placed an order over 3 weeks ago now and nothing.. no response to my several emails or no response contacting them directly on the website.
May have to cancel and get a refund from my bank.

Ordered product, paid for product then absolutely nothing. No shipping advice and no answer to my numerous emails. Have lodged complaints to my bank, ACCC and consumer protection. Stay away from this scam company.

I am a regular customer of Igetoz and has been no problem with their delivery till my most recent order. I made an order and paid for it on 18 March this year. But I have not received anything. I made several enquiries and have no response at all. I don't know what happened to them.

l would like to buy online every 4 weeks or so. Fast and easy online ordering and quick delivery. Always on hand to help
