I placed an order with iget.com.au with no confirmation on order, they gave me a tracking number linked to the order but when I click on it just says pending. I’ve tried contacting them & no response. At this point I don’t even feel like I’ll be getting my vapes that I purchased, this site is fraud do not buy from this shop.its been 2 weeks & no updates I even paid for express shipping so it would come quick.

This company is completely unreliable. I placed an order and after taking my money, there was no proper update, no response to emails, and no accountability at all.

Customer service is basically non-existent. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them but got ignored every time. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very careful. It feels like they just take your money and disappear.

Do NOT recommend.

I purchased off igetcartsforsale website it’s a total scam
You pay your $$$ the acknowledge thru WhatsApp they use a company called universal mail who email you and shoe onsite that parcel is on its way ( fake tracking) then just as it’s meant to be delivered they send an email saying it’s been put on hold by parcels and to get it released you need to pay 300.00 insurance which will be refunded by them once it’s released and arrives to you
All a scam don’t pay one cent

Paid $350 for incorrect brand and incorrect flavours. This company sent me whatever they wanted. I am allergic to i-get vapes which is what was delivered after 6 weeks.

Finally a vape store that isn’t completely suspicious.
With the recent crackdowns this is one of the only way I know of to get decent vapes in a good time
I ordered 3 and got them within 4 business days.
It may seem weird with the bank transfer but they were quick to communicate and I got my tracking number very quickly.
10/10 Definitely recommend(Don’t get the golit vapes though they are awful)

I’ve put an order for 340$ and I’ve been waiting for a month ! Order#202511031046 the post said the parcel was lost and still no news from the vendor.

Came quick, discreet and exactly as advertised for a fantastic price. 12/10 reccomend.

Previously ordered from them and order was sent then made another order 9th July they took our money $120 never posted items sent numerous emails no reply fraudulent I want my items or my money refunded will be taking this further i hate been ripped off

Ordered a pod, received , not working , sent email via their website, no answer for 2 weeks now. very disappointed, waste of money.

Have made one initial order with no issue on goods being delivered.
This time around is completely different. I placed an order on Sunday 22/6 ($170 with $20 express shipping), label created by sender wed 25/6. The tracking has not moved since that notification.

Have sent 2 emails directly to the company and 2 via the contact us portion of the website. With no communication in return. I will be filing a charge back with my bank for goods and services not being received if they do not contact me back by the time and date I have stated in my last email.

Please do not purchase from this company as you will not receive your items nor any communication from the staff.

Placed an order. Postage was quick but I did not get what I ordered. I was expecting 6 and added comment to replace with same brand if not all available... I received 6, all of which were different and inferior brands!! Really not happy.
I contacted them and still have not received a reply. It isn't hard!!!!!! Will not be ordering from here again.

Still awaiting a package from 14th April order number 202504140255 have emailed numerous times not response no phone number to contact them have contacted my lawyers and they will be taking it further $120 down the drain these people are scammers

I've been getting vapes from this site for many months. all of sudden I put in a order and it never arrived. said they sent the label for postage but that was on the 4th of April 25. then I ordered another 2 just to see if they would come out the last order been lost. they sent them and one vape was not even working. $270 down the drain. what is going on with these dodgy rip off's

I placed an order early February. Got an email saying 'postage label created by sender' but it was never sent. They don't respond to emails. They are scammers! Take your money & don't send the products you order. DO NOT buy from these A-holes! Don't even deserve a 1 star rating!

I've been waiting for my item for over a month now when it said it will take under 5 days to get to my location and I want a refund been waiting for them to do that been weeks

Been using this website since forever, only problem I've ever had was when the company was taken over and lost contact for over a month with no contact, they fixed me up and sent my vapes after I contacted them providing proof of my purchase. I have just recieved a faulty vape after contacting seller, they sent me a new one the following day. Quick, reliable service. Will recommend always.
