Hyundai wheel grass trimmer unfit for purpose
Bought a push strimmer, terrible design that doesn't cut flat then told there is nothing they can do, I had it 5 hours. As a horticulturist with experience with many brands I would advise against hyundai garden products.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations.
The item was sold new, taken away, and used before a return was requested. Unfortunately, once a product has been used, we are unable to accept it back for a refund, in line with our returns policy. Had the item remained unused, we would have been happy to offer a full refund.
This model is one we sell in high volumes each year and is widely used without issue. In this case, the concern related to the cutting angle you wished to achieve, which is a matter of product suitability rather than a fault.
We appreciate your feedback and have noted your comments.
