[Complément de mon commentaire suite à la réponse de Ienyrid] :
Ienyrid se dédouane de sa responsabilité sous prétexte que j'ai acheté le produit via Geekbuying. Mais Geekbuying me dit que le service après-vente en cas de problème doit être assuré par Ienyrid directement.
Il n'est pas normal d'avoir la gâchette d'accélération qui se casse et se bloque au maximum avec une trottinette qui n'a que 500 kms au compteur !
Néanmoins, je vais recontacter Geekbuying (qui me redirige vers le support Ienyrid EU) et je finaliserai ensuite ce commentaire.
Propriétaire d'une Ienyrid M4 Pro S+ Max depuis 2 ans, je l'utilise très peu (500 kms au compteur) et uniquement par beau temps. Lors de ma dernière sortie, la gâchette d'accélération s'est cassée brusquement, actionnant le moteur au maximum sans possibilité de l'arrêter. La trottinette a heurté un mur qui était en face et j'ai eu le réflexe de couper le circuit via la clé coupe-circuit. Heureusement que je me trouvais à un endroit tranquille sans circulation lorsque cela s'est produit.
J'essaie depuis de contacter le support Ienyrid pour leur demander de m'envoyer une nouvelle gâchette ou un nouvel afficheur LCD (contenant la gâchette) et aucune réponse de leur part.
Je me retrouve donc avec une trottinette inutilisable sans savoir si je peux remplacer uniquement la gâchette et non l'ensemble de l'afficheur LCD (car ce dernier fonctionne correctement).
Ienyrid = Support client lamentable (pas de réponse) ! Matériel dangereux ! A fuir !

UPDATE# DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER CHEAP CHINESE PARTS AND POOR QUALITY. AND TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BEWARE.,!!! I Brought an Ienyrid ES60 Scooter arrived on time but when I took it out the box the rear mudguard was broken so I couldn't attach it and the headset handle bar was faulty so it wobbles back and forth even after you tighten it so I cant ride it I have tried contacting Ienryd via email and WhatsApp but no reply it seems I am left with a faulty scooter and £1000 out of pocket I am so disappointed as ienryd say that have great customer service support I will keep trying and update.your customer service needs improving.i have spoke to ienyrid and they are sending me a new mudguard which is good thank you ienyrid but the loose head set I had to fix at a cost of £50 to myself and my time so disappointed in ienyrid as I sent them the videos of the headset via there what's app number but they just didn't want to take responsibility so I wouldn't recommend buying an ienyrid product.also I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything if the company would just reach out and replace the scooter I would be more than happy.
it isn't worth a thousand euros.UPDATES i have spoken to this Leo so called customer service agent who informed me he works for Ienyrid but not in the same department as the department I need to speak to.i have emailed the email address Leo gave me but to no avail ienyrid department email that I need they don't want to help me with there faulty scooter so I asked Leo can he speak with the other department please to resolve this faulty scooter thank you.see below for Leo replys from what's app message (quote Leo from ienyrid customer service I'm in a different department than him .Yes, iENYRID is a large company with many different divisions).unquote THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!!

I bought the iENYRID M4 Pro S+ for my son’s birthday. Difficulties started when trying to secure the main vertical bar. It would not click in easily. Eventually managed it using force. But the real problem is that it arrived with flat tyres and an inaccessible valve on the rear. After many emails to the support & after-sales teams all I received was links to unhelpful videos. I had to use a pliers to access the rear valve and to buy a valve extension separately. When I was eventually able to pump it up it immediately deflated again. No further help from iENYRID. With great difficulty I replaced the tube with the spare provided in the original packaging. By the time I got the tyre back on the spare tube would not inflate again, leaving me with a useless, brand new scooter. I have politely and respectfully emailed iENYRID every day. They completely stopped replying to me while they were apparently on vacation. The support & after-sales teams do not read my messages because they keep asking me the same questions. All I want is replacement rear wheel with an inflated tube.
