Very good cameras, all written is about specs are true and management is so friendly.

The site is easy to use and the manuals are easy to follow. Easy order process as well.

Useless customer service. They go in circles in regards to your question, and will not answer your question directly either also to try and even get to customer service you go back-and-forth on their website you click on contact us. It takes you to their store page you click on geek US customer service and it takes you back to the previous page fruitless, and frustrating.
I have bought six cameras from i.e. geek over the years and two of them have failed before the one year warranty was up. They wouldn't charge, so I got useless back-and-forth run around for over two weeks where they would not honor the warranty, so I was sick of the back-and-forth and just let it go. I think that's what they want, otherwise the cameras were good. At least the ones that haven't stopped charging, but you're basically on your own to figure out everything cause again the customer service is useless.

Absolutely awful company. I purchased an Iegeek security camera and completed their guarantee which was acknowledged by them but when I went to recharge the camera it wouldn't recharge. I went through the process with them and did as they said. However, after approx 8 weeks of contacting them to try and resolve they went quiet. I contacted both their feedback and service department but they have just strung me along. They have promised me a refund but I haven't received anything. They said that they would do this through PayPal and asked me to provide my email address but again received nothing. A Company like this should not be able to trade and definitely not be offering guarantee that they can not honour. Realistically my camera only lasted for 8 weeks which is a total waste of money. This company are absolutely terrible and I think it's even worse that they string you along and make out they're going to help when they have no intentions. It's almost like the customers precious time is nothing to them - disgraceful behaviour!

Online shows buy cameras to come with free CD card, but after I received order no CD in the package.

I bought from here 3 📷 and I refused to pick up from royal mail because I changed me opinion about this company so I email thousands times to the customer and he told me ots received nothing so I was to royal mail and take a picture how the company returns back the items so now I stil think it's was a mistake to buy from here the items so this is a scam company don't buy from here never ever horrible service don't buy

I did finally receive my complete order. I appreciate IwGeek working with me to get my order complete, and so far my cameras are working great.

Tried to register my new camera. Even though I provided an order number they demanded photographic proof. I sent this and chased up 2 times but IGeek did not respond. So now I have a camera with no guarantee. Very poor.

Babykamera hat in der Garantiezeit einen Defekt. Auf meine erste Mail wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. (Wahrscheinliche eine Standardmail) Das Problem konnte aber auch mit den Tipps des Herstellers nicht gehoben werden. Seitdem habe ich 3 weitere Mails geschickt und auf keine wurde geantwortet.
Jetzt kann ich die Kamera nach nicht mal einem Jahr entsorgen.

I ordered a set of battery cameras through the IEGEEK website and heard nothing for a week. When I contacted them via their site, I was told the cameras were out of stock and that I would receive a refund — despite the fact that they are still shown as available online.

I then placed another order for a solar camera set, which was supposed to include three SD cards as part of the promotion, but these were not included in the order. I placed this order three days ago, and again, I have heard nothing. They have taken my payment, but I still haven’t received any confirmation that the cameras have been dispatched.

I have messaged them three times to ask for an update and have not received a single response. I am disappointed and am giving one star. I hope to still receive my cameras, but if not, I expect a refund — and I will not be ordering from their website again.

Doorbell is great had it over a year now, battery lasts quite well but it depends what settings you have and the length of recording affects this, I have mine on record length 30 seconds and I often look at the camera on the phone just to be nosey if I hear loud noise in the street, I charge my battery once every three weeks on average sometimes once a month.

Using a memory card I can record up to 30 seconds automatically of video per alarm or manual recording for as long as you want, but having it at this setting uses a lot of battery you would probably be charging once a fortnight.

I use the 30 seconds and it works well, my only complaints would be the quality of my voice coming through on the speaker on the doorbell not very clear but understandable I get asked to repeat what is said often, the microphone I can hear clearly what people are saying as long as they are no further than 2 meters away then the audio breaks up badly, the other grumble would be the free could storage 5 seconds is useless. The camera also has an siren function that is very loud and would scare anyone in your garden at night if not give them a heart attack.

The camera also can use colour at night as well as infrared, if you have good lighting outside colour works great, the streetlight is outside my gate and I can use colour at night it picks up everything.

Can't understand why some reviews are poor for this device mine has worked flawlessly for that past 12 months for cost it's ok, battery is still strong with no power drop and I would recommend this to anyone as a very cheap and great alternative to a Ring doorbell.

My only other complaint is that the camera will not show you the video you wish to view at times? It will load a previous video or even ones that you have deleted from the memory card very strange behaviour, never experienced this on any device before.

I own 4 security cams - 3 outdoor 5MP wifi solar operated and 1 indoor camera. Not only am I super happy with the product, but as well as the service.
The cameras work 24x7, day and night, bright visibility during night up to 10m and even more, charged by solar panels so you dont have to worry for charging it, they work just perfectly, alerts only when it is a real alert, no fake alerts.
I also use it to communicate remotely ith some package delivery people when not at home, because the sound and two way communication just works great!
Also very happy with the support, fast and helpful.

They contacted me for a positive review straight away, which after setting up i did. MISTAKE. Within a week it gave no push notifications and wouldnt store on the memory card.
Returned but didnt get any response.
Had to get ebay involved to refund.
