Timadores!! Compré unas cámaras en la web oficial y quise devolverlas porque la calidad no era suficiente, pero ha sido imposible. No responden a los correos.

Actualización: Tras más de 8 meses, contactaron conmigo y me realizaron la devolución.

My ieGeek product stopped working. The issue is not the one that is described in their FAQs, nor in the manual. I sent several emails to the company, filled-in the relevant online forms, but they failed to reply. It is not possible to contact the customer service at all. Nothing is publically known about this company, apart from the fact that is is based in China. Neither the CEO, nor ownership - everything is secret.

Dodgy company who make threats!
Ordered cameras but they didn't work. Returned them, and Royal Mail showed they had been signed for at Amazon. No refund for 2 weeks. I chased them 3 times via email and help forms. My bank were helpful and did a charge back. Only once I got my money back did iegeek contact me, pressuring me to cancel the dispute and saying as a scare tactic that they won't pay their staff member for their slow response if I don't cancel it. Very dodgy.

Update 2: they rejected my credit dispute with lies, saying I returned it late. But they are bad liars as in the dispute they put in a DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS DETAILS which is a massive data breach. I have raised this with HSBC, awaiting a final outcome. But this is especially dodgy. If you're going to lie, don't use another customer's details - wrong order amount, name/gender and location in the UK on a banking form. AWFUL. Are they trying to make it obvious they are committing fraud?

J'ai commandé des caméras extérieurs il y a 2 mois et ma commande n'est jamais arrivée. Le colis a été perdu. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages à iegeek pour signaler le problème. Au début, ils répondent et dit vous disent que si ça n'arrive pas prochainement, ils vous renvoient une nouvelle commande mais ce n'est pas vrai. Ils ne répondent plus jamais à vos messages.

We bought a baby monitor less than 6 months ago! It is now faulty, not charging and not connecting to our devices.
We have tried contacting them on numerous occasions. They are now ignoring our emails!!!

Después de 2 años de uso , las dos cámaras dejan de funcionar , no funciona la detección de movimiento, no deja activarla ni la sensibilidad tampoco, la carga batería pese a conectarla a la red eléctrica marca 1% de carga , el servicio técnico solo por correo electrónico te van dando pautas y no se soluciona la avería , cámaras retirarlas por posiblemente obsolescencia programada.

I have an ieGeek kids camera for more than 3 months, everything is been great but I just got one of them damage. After talking to customer service and with only one email they just send me a new camera... Amazing service!!!!

Because the quantity of goods I received is inconsistent with the purchase, I have contacted customer service many times but no one paid attention to it or responded to it.
The quantity of my order should be three, but I only received two.

Customer service will not get back to me. They said they were going to help but then just blew me off. Now I have two cameras I have no use for.

Das ist die größte Scam Firma, mit der ich je zutun hatte.
Ich habe ein Babyfon über Ebay gekauft, das nach nicht einmal einem Jahr angefangen hat Probleme zu machen. Die Kamera hat einfach keinen Empfang mehr zum Monitor, egal was ich alles ausprobiert habe.
Habe dann über Ebay den Verkäufer ieGeek kontaktiert und die Situation geschildert. 1 Woche Lang, keine Rückmeldung. Dann zweite Nachricht geschrieben, mit der Bitte um Rückmeldung. Eine weitere Woche verging ohne Rückmeldung.
Dann habe ich den Ebay Kundenservice angerufen und denen mitgeteilt, dass der Verkäufer sich nicht meldet und dass dies nicht den Ebay Grundsätzen entspricht. Der Ebay Mitarbeiter sagte nur, dass er den Käufer jetzt höchstens selbst kontaktieren kann mit der Bitte um Rückmeldung bei mir. Laut dem Mitarbeiter wird dem Verkäufer eine Frist von 3 Tagen für die Antwort gegeben.
Nunja, das hat dann natürlich auch nichts gebracht, es gab weiterhin 2 Wochen lang keine Rückmeldung.

Dann habe ich versucht einen Kontakt dieser Firma zu finden. Telefonischen Kontakt kann man vergessen, dieses wird scheinbar geheimgehalten, denn ich konnte nirgends eins finden. Es gibt nur eine einzige Mail.
Nun gut, dann dachte ich, versuche ich es per Mail.
Und direkt 2 Minuten später nachdem ich die Mail mit der Beschwerde verschickt habe, kam eine Antwort. Ich konnte meinen Augen nicht glauben.
Doch es war scheinbar eine automatisierte Mail, mit einer Anleitung, was man alles versuchen soll um die Kamera wieder zum Laufen zu kriegen.
Diese ganzen Schritte habe ich natürlich zuvor vergebens ausprobiert und dies auch direkt als antwort auf deren Mail gesendet.
Und ja, seitdem keine Rückmeldung mehr.
Wie es aussieht bin ich 150€ los und habe kein Babyfon mehr.

I’ve had to have multiple replacement cameras sent out, due to the cameras failing within a few hours of being put up.
With the cameras finally working, I’ve been in contact with their team on 6 separate occasions to get my cloud subscription moved over to the camera that is actually working - with no success. This has been going on since December. AVOID!

Me llegaron 3 cámaras destrozadas y no te contestan. Te quedas sin dinero y sin respuestas

Ich habe über eBay 2 Kameras gekauft, eine war Defekt, daher beide Kameras zurück geschickt, doch nur 1 Kamera gutgeschrieben bekommen. Jetzt ist der Fall bei eBay. 1 Kamera im Onlineshop gekauft, doch nach den schlechten Erfahrungen bei eBay, auch diese Kameras unausgepackt zurück, nach Polen auf eigene Kosten. Nach über 2 Wochen keine Gutschrift, auf keine E-Mail wird reagiert😢. Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma. Bei Online Bestellungen gibt es 30 Tage Widerruf, nicht bei dieser Firma.

I bought the battery camera had a hard time connected to Wi-Fi and logging in. You can’t call customer service. You have to email them take days and days then to get back to me I returned it. I will never buy camera that does not have a customer service number I will not do the emails ever again‼️‼️ BEWARE

This camera is a great little camera, the set up is easy and quick and the spotlight function is great to act as a deterrent.

The camera is decent quality and has a night mode function, is has motion detection and you can alter the sensitivity using the easy to use app. You can choose an alarm area via the app so the spot light will come on automatically at night. It has a sound and alarm function but I have yet to use this. Great little camera hopefully will help keep my cars safe A* would recommend.

none of the bulb cameras work and you have no customer service to call. Done with your company.

I have several other devices, and they all work fine, your bulb cameras are defective.
UPDATE: Chinese company refuses to refund my money even though their policy says defective products will be refunded with a pre-paid shipping label. They have done none of that! Ghosted me! I now have to go thru CC company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM IEGEEK!!! If you want to give them a try, buy on amazon so you can return hassle free!!
