Excellent service. Got visa within 3days.

I have used this services three times and stand a better chance share an insight to their services. Two out of the three occasions, i was issued a Visa. The first time i applied, I was asked to pay an extra fee for them to send a staff with a taxi to release my Visa at immigration. I made an additional £60 because i was desperate to ensure my visa was released.

Being a little smarter, I decided to apply 3 weeks earlier on my second application and made sure i consistently followed up via emails and calls till my Visa was released.

Most recently, I lodged an application one month and 6 days in advance to avoid any unnecessary delays or extra charges. I did my usual follow up to ensure the right checks had been conducted. All they kept saying was " We will update you" Unfortunately, these guys don't send updates, you'd need to follow up and chase them for updates.

Unfortunately for me, my passport was 5 months and few days at the time of my application but because these wasn't flagged as an issue, I went on to book my passport renewal at the Nigerian Immigration 3 days after my return ticket from Dubai.

Few days closer to my departure, I emailed them again to follow up on the progress and was told in capital letters than my passport was 6months less and would update me the following day. Even as a lay man, I already anticipated the worst. So when got an email from them to say i had been rejected on the said grounds and would only be getting 50% visa fee refunds, I was really devastated and heart broken because i had taken time off my precious job and booked so many activities with my wife who had a British passport.

I never leave reviews but I had to do this to bring more light to their level of recklessness and extortion.

Despite the bad reviews, I took my chances because idubai's 14 Days Service Visa fee for Nigerians was the cheapest i saw. The application process was generally hassle free. Surprisingly and contrary to other reviews, I was not asked for any additional funds for security before my e-visa was emailed to me.

idubai is not perfect but the most important thing to me was that they delivered. To help you manage your expectations, the following are some of my observations which i believe are worthy of note:

Firstly, the agent always responded to emails with a gmail account. This was a bit suspicious at first but i was reassured after few correspondence and secured payment via pay-pal link on their website.

The agent never mentioned his name in any correspondence or at the start of any phone call. To be honest, I did not ask and it never bothered me because he was always helpful and responded to emails promptly (within a minute most times).

Also, you have to ask to get an update on your visa application. idubai can do better with visa application status updates without being asked.

They are affiliated with many other online visa websites. For unknown reasons, I was unable to reach them on the phone contact on idubaivisa.com (02084324625). I was only able to get through on 02084326004 which is the number on dubaivisas.org.uk. Another affiliated website with same phone number is franceschengenvisa.co.uk

I would have given 3 star but going by the other reviews, their performance exceeded my expectations. Hence, the 5 star rating is for Visa delivery on time and quick responses to emails.

Idubaivisa is a scam website. I applied for a short stay visa through them and paid £240 for 2 people. 4 days later they informed me that my visa was stuck in security issues and they needed to send their "pro" to get the visa. They did not provide any reason for what the security reason was and asked for a further £60 for sending their pro. I negotiated this down to £30, following which I was sent my visa within hours. The date on the visa issued was 1 day before they informed me that the visa was stuck in security, so the visa had already been issued and they pretended that it was stuck. I threatened them with police action and then they agreed to refund my £30. What a scam service these guys have. Avoiding them if you can.

This company is a sham and a fraudulent one. Please do not order any services from them as i was conned in October 2017. I placed an order for a visa to dubai which should have arrived within 3-4 days, nothing came through and no correspondence from them. They were pushing for me to pay additional £100 for the 24 hours service and i refused. Their email correspondence was very unprofessional, using words like "d" to replace "the" and "u" to replace "you". Also on the phone, they cannot seem communicate using basic English.

FYI- if you call the number on the website, it rings and nobody answers.
