ID Technologies really delivered on my Live Scan Enhancer pad. Despite the harsh weather conditions in the midwest, the delivery was on-time and quick. The product worked wonders for me. I needed something to help a fingerprint security reader detect my ridge details when the weather (and my hand) was icy cold. The enhancer did the trick!

good communication, pricing is very reasonable. Your company should have a set shipping cost when checking out. Customers shouldn't be emailed about what shipping cost is. This why you received 4 stars instead of 5 stars
