Great customer support.
There have been a couple of hiccups from the shipping couriers and they’ve helped resolve all issues.

They always assist with queries no matter how big or small, which is much appreciated.

Dispatch times are what they claim. All of my orders have been dispatched within 1-2 business days as mentioned on their website.

The shipping typically is very fast, just note that as the couriers pick up the parcels the tracking numbers generally won’t show anything in the system until 1-2 business days later.

Overall very happy.

Read and watched a lot of the videos and information out there on drop shipping. We are Australian based Ebay sellers and so decided to use an 'Aussie' dropship supplier. It was a nightmare from day 1. If you think about using a dropship supplier, we will list the problems we had here:

1. Photos of the item do not necessarily match what they send to the customer, leading to Ebay Item Not as Described issues. Customers are then unhappy and want a refund. You then have to go through a process to prove to idrophip why the customer wants a refund...

2. Buffer quantity that you assign to your products listed on Ebay so that idropship has ample stock when you happen to sell one of their items through your Ebay store... FORGET IT, NOT HAPPENING. - A buyer on Ebay purchases your item, you place your order with idropship and lo and behold, they are out of stock! What happened to the buffer quantity I assigned??? Go explain that to your Ebay customer..

3. Used to have a chat option on the website for customer support - well FORGET IT. They got rid of it as there is only ever the same one person at customer support..and has problems with the English language.

4. Ebay continue to remove your active listings as they claim that the items idropship are supplying are counterfeit and against their listing policies. So there you have another Ebay problem...Breach it enough times with your listings and they suspend your Ebay account! There goes all those years of hard work and building up a good positive feedback score.

5. To add insult to injury, you cannot list more than 100 listings a day as their software cannot handle larger listings. You can wait for days for your listings to be processed as some clever idropship supplier decides to transfer 1000 listings from idropship to Ebay. Overloading their system...

6. When you place your order through idropship and order before mid-day, your order is supposed to be processed the same day and sent to the customer the next day. You are also supposed to get a tracking number, so you can supply that to your Ebay customer. Well - FORGET THAT TOO. Most of the time you will wait longer than two days before they ship, leading of course to your account being penalised for late shipment problems and delivery times with Ebay..

Better to source and buy your own items, which you can see for yourself and then sell them. It might cost you money to get stock, but better that than the constant problems with idropship.

The worst website ever, I can never order my products it’s a disaster, I would have used them for my website being built by professionals but sadly the website is so slow it’s not able to be used.

I tried to set up as a drop shipper. I followed the instructions and it did not work. Got on the chat line a number of times and was sent a link but I still could not get it to work with ebay. I tried calling but just got a message bank. Finally, I found someone on the chat who shared my screen and left instructions but then the instructions disappeared and I could not retrieve them so totally lost. I don't think the process to get set up is at all easy and they need a contact where you can speak to someone. I have wasted so much time so have decided to move on.

Have a good inventory and connection to ebay eCommerce etc. However, selling online is very competitive and they do not deliver on price. There are other stores for example on eBay selling the same product far less which i suspect is the dropshipper themselves.

100% satisfied with the service. Started the business by getting products supplied from overseas but was facing an endless wait. I found the website through Google and just pinged them for an intro. It is good to see that the out of stock products are getting back in stock and there are new products added frequently. I really love their service, prompt support, call options, live chat. I was able to reach them everywhere and got my questions answered. The shipping is impressive as well, one of my customer received the product the same day. Most recommended to existing and new sellers in the market. I hope they start electronics and appliances too.

Had couple of technical issues while connecting the store with my Shopify website but their support team was kind enough to call and help me throughout the process. The connectors are very very helpful. I just listed the products and everything after that is done automatically by connector. Great tool for dropshippers who do not want to waste time on product management.

It appears that they have good products but the customer service is poor. The tools they have for shopify and ebay are not very good, it overwrites and deletes information such as the prices you have set, the inventory or the SKU's get wiped. I put a support ticket and had not reply, they just closed the ticket without answering my questions.

I placed the first order with them on Saturday and according to their website it should have been shipped today (Monday) but it hasn't, still waiting to be processed. I sent an email but have had no answer yet.

They really need to pick up their act to be trusted as a dropshipper in Australia.

The process is seam-less. The available products are of high standard and listing products to my store is a breeze. Great customer support and fast shipping. Got a great team to support us all the way through.

Absolutely great service. No delays in the order. Perfect coordination of the communication. My dropshipping dream has come true. Massive thanks to the iDropship team. They are genuine, agile and prompt. I recommend everybody to use this service. Perfect!!!
