This scam company has also take £33.88 pence from account...I have reported this to the insolvency service, we all need to unite here to take this scum company down. I ask everyone to report this company anywhere and everywhere you can!

Stole money from my account first 11p then £33.88 never heard of them before they came up on my bank slip no idea how they got into my account.

These guy should serve prison time . scam!! How can this even be allowed ... also the company wont contact you , you need to speak to youre bank to cancel all these payment i didnt sign up for.. i am canceling my card..

Absolute scum took £33.88 from my account without my say so along with a separate payment of 11p. Think its disgusting when I havent given my consent its theiving you wouldn't go in a shop take a item of a shelf and walk out without paying it's exactly the same THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO BE A BUSINESS THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY 😡😡😡😡

Stole over £180 from my bank account, don’t even know how they got any of my details, tried contacting them after I noticed the first amount taken from my account by phone and email a bunch of times, finally got through to them and was told i never contacted them once by email or by phone and I can get £17 back even though they stole 10x that, then they sent an email acknowledging the emails that I did in fact send them and still not getting the rest of the money back. If you see any payment from these scamming wee nobs come out of your account don’t mess about and tell your bank straight away.

This is outrageous. Taken £33.88 from my bank account. Never heard of them or signed up to them. Contacted my bank, They can't refund the money taken out by this fraud company, they have blocked any further payments from them. Now chasing my money back from them, easier said than done.. Will be putting in everything I can can do with whoever it takes to get the stolen money back. Even If I have to go to London and walk into the address stated, if it exists.

Did the same with me and took two payments of 33pound from my bank. Made a call yesterday to complain and the guy I spoke to said àccount cancelled and they will refund both payments within 7 to 11 days. Payment has gone back in my account today, 1 day after I called.

Same as everyone else really. 11p fine. Next month 33.88 and I didnt even sign up to their services. I quick quoted.
Thankfully my bank stopped the transaction before it was taking out. ✌

Seems like by reading other reviews I'm in the same boat. Applied for a short term loan deducted 11p from my account now they've just taken £33.88 I've called them they stated they would refund the money back in 1-7 working days a week later still waiting. I applied for a loan because I clearly needed money and these scumbag thieves just take money off you if I had the money in the first place I wouldn't be applying for a loan. Absolute jokes I had no acknowledgement I wasn't even signed up I won't let this rest till I get the money that I am entitled too back stay away from these robbing incompetent snakes of a company!!

This company are scammers i search for a loan gave my details to finance company etc these crooks said i signed up for their services £33 a month i phoned up saying i did not authorise this and phoned my bank this company are refusing to refund my money saying i was hostile bloody right i was they as you will see online they have done this so many times with the public i know £33 isnt a lot of money to some people basically oft need to be invovled i complained to ombudsman visa these scammers need to be stoppedNOW ,i wont let them get away with this please public take note

Have cancelled and emails three times and have no answer have took money still out of my bank I would not take a account for this company there are a night m the nightmare

I don’t see the point of posting this but it worth alerting others who ever robbed like everyone else. I was searching for a short term loan and as most of people, i was desperate and probably haven’t seen the T&C because they won’t show it you clearly before you use your card. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU USING YOUR CARD DETAILS ON ANY SUSPICIOUS WEBSITE.

I have no clue how they got my details but they have taken two payments out of my account and tried emailing and phoning but not response! How on earth do I sort this!

I have been charged £33.88 x 4!!! I have emailed them no reply !! I have rang them no bloody answer!! I have even rang my bank Natwest so many times regarding this matter but they have failed to protect my money in account!! Absolutely disgusted by my bank & those bloody thieves!!! Where can I go to report these fraud?? I have no choice but to close my account with Natwest !! I’m bloody fuming 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This Is a scam website, I've been charged TWICE even tho I've emailed them asking for a refund and to be unsubscribed!!!!!!

UPDATE 5TH JAN 2020- MONEY RETURNED INTO ACCOUNT AFTER 3 DAYS. Took 11p from my account then a week later took 33.88 from same account, a subscription to which I have not signed up to, no response from them after emailing them twice, so phoned the free phone number and after 24 mins of it just ringing someone picked up, asked for name and D.O.B and apparently money will be refunded in 1-7 working days, we shall see what happens by Thu 9th Jan 20.

Wish I could give minus stars. Despite immediately cancelling my contract with these charlatans in October they have continued to take payment from me. Called them twice this morning and was promised email confirmation a refund would be processed and an email sent confirmation this within 10 mins. Still waiting for email confirmation 2 hours later! On the second call they stated emails aren't working properly. Seems like they use this a lot. I'm following this up with an email to trading standards. This company needs to be closed ASAP!

Taken £33.88 from my account dont know tryed to contact them no answer eiether.informed my bank and there going to start a dispute.
