I’ve had the same problem with these people as everyone else. Was looking for a loan was apply for a few online got asked if they could take 14p to verify my bank so said yes. The Loan repayments were crazy so didn’t get it. Couple of days later they try and take 29.99 out of bank. Didn’t have anything in there for them to take. When I saw the company who tried to take it I googled them straight away. It came up with the company, there was a part that said cancel. I clicked it (even tho I didn’t sign up to anything with my knowledge) put my email address in. I then get a email from them saying I don’t have an account with them please provide another email address. I emailed them and explained what had happened and also provided my other 2 email addresses incase it was one of those abs could they please cancel my account ASAP as I didn’t realise I had signed up to anything. I thought that would sort it but oh no, about 4 weeks later they took 29.99 out of my bank. I went back to the website when through the cancellation process again and this time it worked (funny it was recognised once they robbed me) and I managed to cancel. I then email them again furious and demanded my money back. I then got a email response saying if I could provide screen shots of the proof I tried to cancel within the 14 days then they would refund me. Luckily I kept the email I send them and the one they sent saying I didn’t have an account so I could prove it. I replied with the evidence they requested within an hour of the email. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve since send another email telling them again that I’ve provided the evidence they requested and refund me else I would take legal action but so far no response! I will try ringing them on Monday and failing that I’ll try and find a business premises and pay them a little visit (although probably won’t find one as it’s in the firery pits of hell) I won’t let this rest out of principle! Absolute scum bags avoid like the plague.

How the staff of this company sleeps at night is beyond me!! They are fraudsters who have prayed on the most vulnerable people in their darkest hour. They have taken £29.99 out my account since July 2021 and I will be contacting the Financial conduct authority to explain their work ethic and why they should be closed down. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!

I Would give them a 0, fraudulant company,,, don't know who they are, never heard off them and certainly did not sign up to any subscription with them... This company has just tried to take £29.99 out off my account, fortunately there was not enough funds in there for them to collect it. I have emailed them and contacted my bank to make sure they block any transaction that this company tries to take and to be on the safe side I will request a new bank card so they will not have my details incase these scammers start another company and continue to try to take payments. The police should find out who they are and close them down and charge them with theft and fraud. People work hard for their cash and these scumbags think it is right to steal off people and think they can get away with it.. well they should be brought to justice.... so be careful everyone they need to be stopped....

Applied for a loan online and one of the t & c (they say) is your bank details get passed on to these robbers and they steal 29.99 from your account as soon as you have any money in your account. When I phoned to cancel took half an hour to answer phone and first thing they said was are you calling to cancel, now what makes you ask that I said? Scammers, should be ashamed

Disgusting applied for a loan and apparently signed up to this no notification email nothing as would of cancelled just went to see if child benefit was in and £29.99 taken so left with £5 called them and cancelled but said outside trial period so no refund robbing sly w****** feel sick.

I've not signed up to anything and these crook try taking money off me.
Don't have an account with them.. There customer service is useless and never answer the phone..

I have no idea what this company is I haven't signed up to anything and they took 2 transactions of £29.99 I can't get hold of anyone I've reported to my bank how dare they take peoples money

They are just absolute thieves, seen a transaction by a company I've never even heard of for £29.99, call them to get my money back and they tell me that I've been an active member over my trail period and when I say that I never wanted to be part of this website they just told me that it's my fault but they won't explain how they got my details they just said I ticked a box. What a load of rubbish. They need to be shut down.

I dont know how this company managed to get my details but they have debited my account for four payments of £29.99.
My bank have blocked them from taking any further payments and told me a loan company had shared my details and that identity monitor had taken a 16p charge from my account way back in April.
Sadly, It appears I cant have any of this money refunded.
I have emailed them but got no response. I also tried to deactivate my account (even though I hadnt set one up) and there was no account connected to my email address.
I really cant afford this. How do they get away with it.

I was very desperate for money and tried to apply for a pay day loan and this company said they’d take 16p out of my bank to see if it was a legitimate bank, which was fine. But today they took £29.90 for me. I was never told this would happen and immediately filled out a dispute form to get a refund with my bank. Absolute scum for tricking people.

Would give this service a 0. Taken 29.99 from my account this morning, I have no idea who they are. Refusing refund. Reported to trading standards, FCA and also action fraud.

Would put 0 stars if possible! SCAMMERS! They stole £30 from my account claiming I had signed up to their product. Please be careful with your details these thief’s take your details set up subscriptions and steal money from you.

Tried to get a payday loan when I was desperate and ended up getting scammed. My details were passed to this company when I thought it was part of the payday loan application and I had £29.99 taken out of my account. One upside is I called them and they refunded my money and the man I spoke to was very helpful (which I didn't expect.) Be careful applying for payday loans, they pass your bank details to other companies.
