Idealframes Omdömen

Bought four windows and a door a few months back. Excellent quality at very reasonable prices. Would use again

Great service, on time delivery and very helpful and friendly delivery man who went out of his way to please, full of muscle lifting windows and frames all day. Thanks Voytek!👊

Voytek is a great guy to deal with, turned up at 7 in the eve to job with the windows, I had waited as couldn’t leave till they were fitted and he helps change a few things and for the door. Good quality product and excellent price. Only negative is communication isn’t good but I feel that’s something they will iron out being a new company, as I always say any answer is always better than no answer.

The door is okay but the communication of the company has much to improve. Both about the delivery, then about information about the door as well. I specifically chose this door because the website says they give you easy DIY instructions, while they provided exactly no information at all for the installation. Even after I called and asked about it.

I have had several orders from ideal frames now and can honestly say that their quality is excellent. Dealing with Jacob and Voytek has been very positive. No matter how many questions I have they are always professional and timely with information. Great company.

Received our triple glazed windows for the renovation we are busy with, excellent service from start to finish at a competitive price. Have recommended Ideal Frames to family and neighbours.

Very happy with the windows and doors from Ideal Frames. I purchased them for a new garden music studio and found Ideal Frames very competitively priced compared to other companies I looked at. I was also able to upgrade to triple glazing for relatively little extra. The quality is excellent and Jacob was extremely helpful from the initial order right through to delivery. I'm installing the windows and doors myself and he has been great answering any questions I've had along the way. Great service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely SHOCKING!!
I have never given a bad review but the service has been absolutely disgraceful, waiting on an order since the last week of May, now mid August and still no sign. They don't even have the courtesy to follow back with a phone call. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had the worst support ever! I bought a frame on the 25th of July, and I don't have an expected delivery date yet. I called the team to resolve the issue or get a refund, but they hung up on me. I am absolutely disappointed, and I have a hole in my wall, and I don't know what to do to fix it. Absolutely not recommended.

Delighted with my new windows and doors. The quality is fantastic, the installation was quick and professional, and the whole team was friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and service.

I could not have asked for a better service. Ideal Frames are a pleasure to deal with, the quality of their product is unmatched and the pricing more than fair. I can't recommend enough.

very good service. on time and efficient

We recently had new windows and doors manufactured and installed, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. The quality of both the windows and doors is outstanding, and the craftsmanship is second to none.
From the first consultation to the final installation, the entire process was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and took great care to ensure everything was fitted perfectly and left clean and tidy afterwards.
The new windows and doors have completely transformed our home, improving both its appearance and energy efficiency. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality products and exceptional service.

I recently ordered uPVC windows and doors for my home from Ideal Frames and I am extremely satisfied with the result. The quality of the materials is excellent, service and delivery to co.Mayo exceptional 👌, from putting the order to home delivery only 3 weeks 🤩
The windows offer outstanding insulation, helping to reduce outside noise and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. Since the installation, I have noticed improved energy efficiency and lower heating costs.
The uPVC doors are sturdy, secure, and easy to operate. Their multi-point locking system provides added peace of mind, while the sleek design enhances the appearance of the property. Maintenance is minimal, requiring only occasional cleaning to keep them looking new.
Overall, I would highly recommend uPVC windows and doors to anyone looking for a durable, energy-efficient, and attractive solution for their home with fast delivery . They offer excellent value for money .
