I subscribed to a legitimate annual plan with Creative Fabrica / Studio AI, but my experience turned into a financial nightmare. Without my explicit consent or clear checkout disclosure, they enabled an "Automatic Coins Top-Up" feature in the background.They silently stacked rapid, unannounced $19.99 USD charges (totaling around $500 USD) to my card. To make matters worse, they never sent any invoices, receipts, or advance warnings that money was being withdrawn. The only emails I received were routine app notifications saying "your video is ready," which completely masked the financial withdrawals. When I caught the fraudulent charges and requested a refund, their Senior Customer Support team hid behind their terms of service, admitted they pulled the funds automatically via background settings, and flatly refused to return my money. Be extremely careful with this platform. Check your accounts closely for unauthorized coin pack charges, and ensure your payment details aren't trapped by their deceptive auto-top-up settings!Post this on Trustpilot or Sitejabber—it lays out their exact deceptive tactics clearly so that other creators and users are fully warned before giving them their credit card information!

The free trial is deceiving. In the fine print, it only gives you a certain number of coins. It's not even enough to create 1 video. The video's have a ton of problems, and then you won't have enough coins to make any changes. I made changes to a video and it uploaded the same exact video it did the first time without making the changes I used coins for. This company should be shut down. It's a scam. Now I'm fighting for my money back after they took almost $80 from me.

An absolute game-changer for everyone!

I really love this tool, I use it a lot for some handy tweaks I need to get done fast, like removing backgrounds or upscaling. But I am also super happy to have the 3D file viewer, when I look for new 3D print files, it makes it eay to review the details.
My newest obsession is video generation, and cannot believe the amount of different models they have to choose from. Some of the templates are awesome too.

Love creating with idea.ai - its easy to use and fun to do. I really like that they offer so many different video models, and pricing is insanely cheap.
