Interestingly, an engineer by training, she has an eye for detail and quality. Whenever I've had a question, ask for input or suggestions, she has openly and honestly steered me toward what would best suit me. And that is just what I need! She will tell you exactly what the materials are, such as a specific kind of pearl or quality level of gem stone.
