In relation to the toothpaste pump, this is not the experience we want for our customers. Occasionally, dispensing issues can occur if there is an airlock or a slight blockage in the mechanism, but we’d really like to look into this properly for you and help get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Regarding the whitening strips, we’re sorry to hear you’ve found them sticky and that they’ve left a residue. This can sometimes happen depending on application technique, moisture levels on the teeth, or how long the strips are left in place. However, we appreciate that this has affected your experience and we’d like to support you further to ensure you’re using them in the best way for optimal comfort and results.

In terms of the products, it’s completely fine to continue using your regular toothpaste alongside our whitening toothpaste and powder if you prefer. Many customers do this, especially while they’re adjusting to a new routine. Our products are designed to work gradually, and results can vary depending on factors such as natural enamel shade, stain build-up, and individual habits (even just one coffee a day can contribute to staining over time).

We understand it can feel disheartening if you’re comparing photos and not seeing a big difference yet. For some people, changes are subtle at first and become more noticeable with continued use over a longer period, rather than within just a few days.

You’re absolutely not the only person who experiences a slower start, and there’s no expectation that everyone sees the same timeline of results. Everyone’s teeth are different, and that can make whitening journeys vary quite a bit from person to person.
