I have been with ICUK for a number of years and have always been impressed with the level of service I have received. The team are easy to get hold of, speak in plain English and their control panel and features are constantly being improved. I'm really pleased we chose to use ICUK and look forward to working more with them in the future.

I have used ICUK for my hosting business for over 12 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They actually care about my websites as much as I do and always go the extra mile to ensure that my customers are well looked after. I wouldn't use any other company for domains or hosting.

We've been a reseller for more years than I can remember. They started out as outstandingly brilliant to work with and have continually improved.

If you are not using them then you need to have a good talk to yourself you muppet!

Having just signed up with this company and authorising them to transfer my PSTN line rental from BT, I can honestly say my first impressions are extremely positive. Neil was very helpful and happy to answer questions.

All in all, a simple process but one which will see a huge saving.

If you are (like me) stuck with broadband where you have to have line rental, but have no use for landline phones and do not want to pay the high prices that BT and other providers charge - then look no further.

I've been with ICUK since 2011 and can honestly say they're a brilliant provider. Never had any major problems, speed has always been good and consistent, ping perfectly acceptable for gaming, downtimes are very infrequent and most likely for maintenance so nothing to complain about.

Support is excellent, friendly and prompt.

Oh yeah and loyalty pays off with cheaper bills and unlimited downloads so that's fantastic.

Switching my line rental over to them because cheaper than BT.

I have to say these guys are amazing. The have really helped me up my game with sales of leased lines, telephone systems and broadband packages. The reseller portal is really well thought out and enables you to quote and compare against competitors quickly and efficiently. Anything else just ring them and they are straight on it!

My only criticism is that they don't do invoice accounts with any credit terms for little old me but you can't have it all i suppose. It certainly doesn't bother me enough to knock a star off! :)

I have recently signed up with Blackmore Business Solutions and I must say they are great. They have started to offer more features from ICUK such as hosting and SMS. Never had a problem and can't recommend both companies enough.

I have hunted for a decent hosting reseller for years, constantly moving from place to place. After being disappointed persistently with the broken promises their systems have offered, I yet again went on the hunt for an alternative.

When I first signed up to Heart Internet, the promise of an 'unlimited and unmetered' system seemed appealing, so I signed up for their trial. At first, the servers seemed incredibly fast, reliable with very little downtime.

After 6 months with them, I noticed that the speed of ALL my sites dropped drastically. I put some system / uptime monitoring in place to regulate the downtime and noticed that I was receiving on average of 6 - 9 downtime notices per site per day (which in my eyes, is unacceptable). It was pretty clear from this that they over committed to their shared environment. At £60 per month, it seemed the obvious choice to find an alternative.

I came across ICUK and sent an email in voicing my concerns about the previous hosting companies. I received a swift response from Paul, a director and member of the sales team assuring me that I would not receive the same kind of issues by going into depth with how their systems works and the network infrastructure they have in place.

I signed up straight away, transferred all my sites across and haven't had any regrets yet. My sites are being served at 10 fold speeds in comparison. Due to the amount of sites and data that was being transferred across it was inevitable that I would encounter some issues along the line, which I did. After contacting support though, my issues were quickly resolved. In situations where clarity was needed, I was able to call them (which is a huge advantage over Heart Internet) and discuss my issues which were all quickly resolved.

Now, ICUK are hosting all of my sites and domains without any issues at all.

I cant compliment them enough, I know that a ton of design agencies or hosting resellers are looking for a reliable reseller platform and the leading names fail every single time.

If you are thinking of Heart Internet, FastHosts or any other leading name reseller accounts rest assured you will be let down. ICUK have been reliable for me over the past months and (with all hope) I have a good feeling this will be a long term arrangement.

I'm a long standing reseller client of ICUK, having now used them for 3 years. I originally started as a broadband reseller to help deliver a broadband solution to my IT support clients instead of passing leads to other major suppliers. I was passing the lead, not making anything from it, and then having to deal with the inevitable call centre when it goes wrong. At least now I earn from it.

I have since increased my portfolio to be able to sell phone lines, calls and most recently website and email hosting, all through ICUK! All of these solutions I manage via their own control panel, it's constantly been developed and enhanced over the years, and they have even built in features I suggested!

My clients are suitably impressed because their control panel allows them to see all of these features in one portal branded as my company. I don't need to give them a separate cPanel login for hosting, and another login for the calls, it's all knitted together with my branding and logo present.

We have seen our support contract hours reduce over the years, so the ability to sell with confidence the wholesale services ICUK supplies has helped give us an additional, and substantial, revenue stream. All the guys there on the support desk are friendly, and most importantly helpful and sympathetic when issues arise (thank you to Niall, Kushal, Mark and Alan). I can't praise them enough and recommend them to any other IT company looking for additional revenue streams or whereby you need more control over key services.
