APPALING!!!! ICTS Provide security for staff working…
ICTS Provide security for staff working at London Heathrow Airport to access airside areas.
This company and the majority (not all) of its staff are not fit for purpose.
Their processes and procedures can only be described at best as appaling.
Most staff speak very little English so this can be an issue when trying to communicate effectively. Each time you pass through the security post, they quote different rules and regulations from 2 hours previously. Their Supervisor grades spend most time looking at their phones instead of concentrating and observing what is going on around them and in the area they are supposed to manage.
Long queues are often a problem.
Certain items that should require additional checks passed through the scanner without being questioned by the security operative
ICTS Have been scored 1 but would have scored lower if it were possible
