Zuvor hatte die Kundin das Produkt bereits zurückgesendet und eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Zusätzlich hat Iconiq Fashion nun angeboten, auch die entstandenen Rücksendekosten zu erstatten, und wartet derzeit auf eine Rückmeldung der Kundin.

Soyez assurée que nous prenons votre retour très au sérieux. Nous effectuons actuellement un contrôle qualité de ce produit et apporterons les corrections nécessaires dans les plus brefs délais.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience has left you with a negative impression of Iconiq Fashion. It is absolutely not our intention for any customer to feel misled, and we would therefore like to clarify the situation and explain what may have happened.

First of all, we would like to clarify that customers can always return their order within 14 days of receiving it. However, we do not provide free return labels, meaning that the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This is clearly stated in our Return Policy.

Regarding the additional dress you received, our system shows two separate orders with exactly the same delivery address. The email addresses used for these orders also appear to be very similar. We therefore want to investigate this carefully to understand exactly what happened. Our team is currently looking into the matter, and we will contact you by email as soon as we have more information.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion this situation has caused. We are taking your concerns seriously and will keep you informed throughout our investigation. If we find that an error occurred on our side, we will of course take responsibility and offer an appropriate solution.
