Awesome quality and so soft!!
I am absolutely ovet the moon with my rug. The quality is far better than I expected for the price. As its a Jute rug I expected it to be quite rough, but its really soft. I like it so much I've ordered a runner to match!

Rug was delivered but was faulty
Rug was delivered but was faulty, a large hole. After speaking to Iconic and sending photos, we suggested the hole may be under our bed so not visible. A refund of half our money was offered if we chose to not get a new rug delivered, offer accepted and money transferred almost immediately .
If we had chosen , we would have received a new rug and we were given very sincere apologies. A pleasure to deal with.

Gorgeous!
Such a lovely rug! Soft under my feet and absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the picture. Overall I’m so happy that I will definitely be buying more in the future.
