Gave us full confidence in the investment

We’ve now used icLighting three times for our lighting projects, and every experience has been consistently excellent. From the very first enquiry through to the final handover, the team has been professional, helpful, and easy to work with.
What really stands out is the quality of their documentation. The breakdown of costings and the payback information is always clear, detailed, and genuinely useful when making decisions. It never feels like guesswork — everything is laid out in a way that makes sense.
Communication has been spot‑on each time too. We always knew what was happening, when it was happening, and what to expect next. That level of clarity makes a huge difference.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy
