Shocking attitude of tech person, disgusting

I’ve used ICertifi for many years probably around seven from when the software first came out. It was all in one software it had fire, emergency lights, electrical and Pat, after a few years they separated all which means you are to subscribe to each one individually, still I stuck with iCertifi and subscribe to more paying them more money. It even as with many others lost a load of my certificates.

The software has always been glitchy more so after every “improvement”

I was frustrated with it again crashing so contacted the customer support to say please please can we look at fixing this its constantly crashing. The first customer service I spoke to was fine, nice enough fellow who was understanding of my situation then randomly tech support came in and I was told that rather than complaining do a sheet with bullet points of what the problems are! It’s not my job to be telling them anything, it is their software and therefore they should be testing it properly. I’m not paid by them to test software and give them pointers. It’s blatantly obvious if you use the software every day. The tech person they have there who I suspect is the owner has the most awful attitude of any businessman I’ve ever met. This man is lucky he is behind a computer screen and not a desk. He told me that clearly as I am unhappy with the software I should find alternative software rather than trying to address the many problems the software has encountered. He thinks he has people over a barrel because all my certificates (1500+) are not really transferable between different applications so yes it is a real pain. What’s made it easier though is a new AI on other software which can pick all the results off your test page and put it onto the new software so it’s really not that big deal and one Ive move forward with.
My new software support are brilliant and helped me with changing by giving me 3000+ Ai credits to help with swopping over. I’m thrilled with the new software and so so happy to be away from this glitchy software and this very poor tech support with a truly awful attitude.

Very disappointed – no support, app not functioning properly

I’ve used iCertifi for several years as a NAPIT-approved electrical contractor and originally found it a useful tool for issuing certificates. Unfortunately, the recent versions have become unreliable — cloud backup and device sync no longer work correctly, and I’ve lost access to certificates between my iPhone and iPad.

I’ve repeatedly tried to contact iCertifi through every official channel (Zendesk, WhatsApp, and the phone number listed on their website), but none of them respond. The Zendesk support form doesn’t even submit, and WhatsApp messages are ignored.

For a paid professional platform that electrical contractors depend on daily, this lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve since requested a refund through Apple and will be moving my business to an alternative certification app.

It’s only got 1 star because that’s the minimum if not it would be -1000

Sites a scam I subscribed for 6 months I’ve been using it 1 month now it’s saying I need to subscribe again,

I even clicked subscribe again and it won’t let me because it’s telling me I have 5ths left on my subscription but still won’t allow me to use the app,

No management phone numbers listed,
No response from emails or web chats,

I’m actually reporting this company to trading standards as it’s a shambles

Lost all my certificates overnight

Lost all my certificates overnight, extremely unhelpful customer service, and now after the most recent update the app won’t even launch so I can’t do any certificates! This is pathetic and seriously hinders business! With my annual assessment next month i’m going to have to trawl through my emails for hours for all the certificates I have sent over the last 12 months (luckily I send them to myself before attaching in an email to the client).

I expect a lot better service for the price of both software packages! (Both the electrical and fire) - both will be expiring and I won’t be renewing them

Steer clear if you want to do certs when you need to!

Catastrophic data loss occurred

Catastrophic data loss occurred, website advised to wait for another update by which time any backups that may have contained my certs were rewritten over. Basically absolutely told to do the wrong thing. Lost a good 5 years of certs due to this “update”. Quite frankly I hope this causes a catastrophic loss of subscribers and your business goes under. Atrocious service.

ICertifi has great software but…

ICertifi has great software but terrible customer service.

I used ICertifi for 5 years and never managed to talk to a person whenever I had an issue.

The app lost all my saved certificates - my advice would be to steer clear!

Lost all certificates

Lost all certificates all trace of our company on the app, cannot contact anybody. All you get is use our AI chatbot which also doesn’t work. Completely fraudulent service

All the certificates self deleted!

All the certificates from the beginning of time self deleted, I cannot restore backup as it deleted itself as well and the app is asking for £24.99 even though everything is completely wiped. My subscription is still valid but icertify does not keep to their end of the deal even though we pay big bucks for it!

Suspected fraudulent use

Hi, does anyone have a phone number for icertify? I have emailed them a number of times over several months about suspected fraudulent certificates of theirs and they have ignored me.

I’ve been using the app for 15 years i…

I’ve been using the app for 15 years i consider myself a loyal customer. Until today the app didn’t work at all I contacted them got a very snotty reply’s. Got told my device a 12 was no good and to get another device! I asked for a refund and now he’s blocked me so I can not contact them. The app was brilliant but I’ve lost 15 years of certificates today and they will not help me. If I was you I wouldn’t bother and look for another app which I am going to do.

The app it self is pretty good I use…

The app it self is pretty good I use the electrical, pat, and fire apps however, at the start you got all 3 apps for 1 subscription now you have to pay for all 3 separetely. The customer service is extremely poor you either get A - ignored B - a snotty arrogant answer or C - blocked on all social media channels especially if you criticise them online, the support for the Mac book version is very poor I have highlighted several issues months ago but I don't even get an email of acknowledgement back, like I said the app is not that bad is the support lets them down

Lost all my data mid way through testing on 2 separate occasions with 2 separate glitches.

Doesn’t help that I reached out on Facebook, got no sympathy & my reply was just ignored.

Gonna look into alternatives
