My experience great. I ordered Alien Pebbles. Received my shipment in 4 days

The variety they offer is second to none. The prices are good and even. No higher prices for so called premium. Charge by weight. Periodically have good discounts. They throw in samples with orders. This is my go to spot.

Alex continues to be the best all the way around, I'm kinda difficult person to deal with and I really appreciate his patience and time he spends to help me out. Always premium products never disappointed. A bit expensive, delivered to mailbox very Convient. Highly recommend

I've been a customer with them for awhile now and at one point I left them due to some issues. But I received a call from Iced Out Genetics and was offered a one time deal to come back. I really like the product so I decided to take the offer and all I can say is the new changes they made is fantastic. I got my order on 3 to 4 days. I'm coming back home too Iced Out Genetics. Also I need to give Alex a big thank you for the time, the help and because of you and the improvements I'm here to stay!

Other than a Bit Expensive but I have Everything Great to say about what I ordered Great Customer Service huge help paying was simple I paid with Zelle which was hoping for a discount there but didn't happen No Rewards Program and other than Very Huge Skunk Selections which is RARE !! I wouldn't order again unless it's for the reorder the Skunk it's Too Expensive!! But worth it I guess 🤷 Overall Great place!! Thanks Alex for making process easy !!

Wow. The reviews here are all over the place. I found this website by search online and was ecstatic to find my fav strain available (by weight) when my usual seller kept running out. My experiences have been problem-free, all orders arrived in a timely manner and there has ALWAYS been an added "surprise" included. As long as they keep up this style of service and product, I have no complaints.

I ordered $172.00 of product on February 16th 2026.
and it is now May and i have not received anything and I emailed them and have not heard from them. I was cheated and they don't care, and i have been customer and have order before. But they changed who you pay and that is when they rip me off. They have not even tried to help me.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My experience is a good one in that the Acapulco gold was awesome. I'm will to try other strains of smoke. I got 9 to 11 medium sized joints out of my purchase. I was very pleased at the sample that accompanied the AG. The only drawback was the 10 shipping. I will be buying more strains in the coming days. Thank you for your service. Arthur Swanson

Super sketch says on web page they accept online payments but then send you an email to send cash to a residential address in Florida?

I didn't read the reviews before I placed my order. Its been two months, I haven't received a response or any updates on my order.

Again this is a complete scam it's just phishing posted a review already then I i got a message from them saying it's been shipped with a tracking number but yet again nothing shows up people be ware this company is a complete lie a SCAM

This company is a sham. They pretend to have many options but will not communicate with customers at all. They send you a tracking # to shut you up if you place an order and then never deliver the order to USPS. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM, be sure to use a credit card that will have your back so you can get the refund for the product you will never receive...
Save yourself the trouble and lose this website! There are many other great suppliers out there who ARE reputable but iced out genetics ain't one!

I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still haven’t received. I’ve called, text, and emailed multiple times over the past few days with no response. I should’ve read these reviews first, but foolishly did not. If I had, I wouldn’t have gotten scammed out of $150. Thieves. This is a no star review, but had to pick at least one star to leave a review.

I was going to place a large order, but decided to start with a cheap $5.00 order, just to be sure it is legit.
It is not.
They took my money, never delivered the product. And when I sent them a response to their email asking if my delivery was still coming, not only did they not respond to my emails, they deleted my account.
They don’t respond to the chat line either. From what I’ve experienced, I do t believe this is a legitimate company.
Good thing I tried to small purchase before I tried the larger purchase.
