The chain and bracelet that I purchased…
The 15mm moissanite chain and 12mm mossanite bracelet that I purchased came out good. The diamonds and the gold are very detailed. They did a great job manufacturing and designing both items.

Honestly
Honestly, there’s nothing less than 5 stars to give, and would be 6 stars if possible.
When I got the pieces bought I couldn’t stop admiring, looking and wearing them.
One can easily tell and see the quality speaks for itself. I have bought a lot of pieces for years and I can categorically say these were one of the best. Only thing I can say is that we need more pieces available to purchase from.

Iced London will try to take your money and scam you
I made a 60% deposit for a custom pendant I had been discussing with Mo (CEO of Iced London) via email. I made the deposit and confirmed if he got it via email. Mo confirmed he got it and then told me I had to pay the additional 40% upfront via PayPal Friends & Family or they would not create my custom pendant. I told them I would not be doing that and maybe consider it at a later time and asked for a refund. That was the last I heard from Mo and Iced London. Instead of making my pendant or refunding my money, Mo uploads a tracking number a day after telling me my custom would not be made if the remaining 40% was not paid upfront. Iced London states they take 4-6 weeks to make custom pendants. How did I pay the 60% deposit on 12/25/23 and you sent me something via FedEx 12/26/23!? On top of the fact they said they would not make the pendant until everything was paid upfront. Iced London clearly tried to scam me by sending something random in the mail just so the tracking can say delivered. They tried to use the PayPal grey area where buyers are not protected on custom orders. As long as any custom order paid via PayPal shows as being delivered the buyer is not protected and the seller will win any dispute made via PayPal. Luckily I was aware of all PayPal rules and regulations and did not accept delivery of the package. The package was sent back to Iced London by FedEx and now I am waiting for PayPal to process a refund. I would not do business with Iced London! Once they get your money they will ignore you like you can't see they're active on their Instagram posting new products and replying to comments. I emailed, DM'd and even texted them multiple times. No way they did not see any of those. They just chose to ignore me and try to take my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ICED LONDON!!! They're are plenty of other companies out there.

You initiated a custom pendant order, agreeing to a standard practice of a 60% upfront deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers part of the costs associated with creating personalised pieces.
However, you chose to cancel your order and initiated a payment dispute, which resulted in a refund of your deposit. At this point, we had already invested significant time, effort, and resources into crafting your custom pendant based on your initial order.
In an effort to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, we made the decision to ship the completed pendant to the address provided, despite your payment dispute and refund. We were informed by FedEx you refused delivery, creating a situation that not only undermined our trust but also incurred additional expenses for our business.
Our policy exists to ensure fairness and transparency in our business dealings, taking into account the custom and non-resalable nature of such products.
Your actions, including initiating a payment dispute after us completing your item and then refusing delivery, have resulted in a financial loss for our business. We take pride in conducting our business with integrity and do not condone deceptive practices.
Given the circumstances, we have no intention of engaging in future business relationships with individuals who engage in such deceptive practices such as yourself. We will continue to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our operations.

I was in the market for jewelry and I came across Iced London. I was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite designs and the impeccable customer service. The website showcased a variety of innovative bespoke designs blending culture and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ( Faris ) ensured that my one of one bespoke design would be a memorable one. During the beginning stages Faris did great job by providing excellent recommendations and customer service ensuring my satisfaction. It took about a month to receive my product but I was blown away. The cad design had nothing on the real thing. I can’t recommend Iced London enough for a fantastic experience and amazing jewelry
