Regarding this, I have already submitted my bank statement twice to the IPS service provider, and I have also provided all other screenshots, second, third, whatever I had. But till now these people have kept my money stuck and have not returned it to me. So please look into this — what can be done to solve it quickly? Horrible company
I was approved for a loan, but they never actually sent the money. Instead, I kept getting the same excuse over and over: “our bank is experiencing technical issues in delivering e-transfers.” It just felt like I was being fed a scripted excuse instead of the truth.
And issues like this aren’t even unheard of. Even on review platforms, there are complaints about payment problems and delays despite proof being provided, which makes this feel less like a one-off and more like a pattern.
I cancelled the loan since I never received a cent, yet their system still shows that I owe money. So now I’m expected to repay a loan that was never even delivered? That’s beyond unacceptable.
Thankfully, I kept all the emails proving the transfer was never sent, because at this point I wouldn’t trust their word alone.
Overall, this feels dishonest, disorganized, and completely unreliable. On top of that, the whole setup comes across as predatory, targeting people who need quick cash, then trapping them in confusing or questionable situations like this. I’m cutting ties with this company for good.

Horrible service! iCash.ca looks easy at first, but it quickly turns into a headache. Hidden fees, unclear terms, and zero transparency. Customer support? Practically useless—slow replies and no real help.
Everything about this felt frustrating and sketchy. Definitely not worth it. Avoid if you can.

I was approved without credit check and money deposited into my account in minutes. Interest is high but worth it if as long as it’s paid off when due. If you can’t pay it off for a long time it wouldn’t be worth it though. I just needed it emergency

Very helpful and fast money, and I appreciate it very much. Got me through a rough patch. My only issue from this being a 5 star review, u have to pay in full...no smaller payment seem to be available. While I appreciate paying in full, it really hurts someone who works there butt off for pennies, and then gets dinged with having to pay in full when I borrowed for a reason...

Criminal Corporation
This company cannot improve as it's run by Thieves. Petition to shut it down. They steal money with fraudulent loans, and Stonewall response you with their "investigations" while you try to get it back.
I find out I only apparently have an account as they start deducting money from my bank account where they accepted a loan made in my name without any actual information to validate my identity. In other words, they accept loans for people who can't prove who they are, and take money away without cause for concern.

Needed some extra cash. Did the application and received money directl deposit quickly. Also was pretty easy to do. Payments are reasonable and seem to be over fast. With a better offer for next loan.
