Wish I Heard About These Guys Sooner!
I had an excellent experience with this leasing company. When another deal fell through on a Suzuki swift, I went to them and their assistance was magnificent. They explained that they fund themselves, which allowed them to finalise the deal quickly even though I was skeptical. Despite being around for a while, I hadn't heard of them until now, but I am thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend their services and will be returning after a brilliant service and customer care experience.

Sorely let down
I was sorely let down by the team at iCarLease.
Having spoken to them emphasising my urgent need for a vehicle I was told that it could be possible to get a car delivered within a week or two at the latest.
After contacting them many times to obtain an update on progress I was told that they would do their best to expedite the process. This was, it turned out, just lip service and I felt there was no sense of urgency whatsoever.
When I eventually received a delivery date it was via email and was almost a month after my initial quote was issued.
If they were unable to help why did they not explain at the outset so I could choose an alternative provider. I have had to hire a car to bridge the gap of having no vehicle after I carefully explained that I my personal circumstances meant my need for a vehicle was vital.

While there was indeed a delay in taxing the vehicle, I want to emphasise that we did keep you informed through both phone and email. Our commitment to providing clear communication and quick deliveries for stock vehicles is a priority.
Regarding delivery dates, it's our policy always to confirm them in writing before finalising. Typically, we offer an estimated timeframe of 2-3 weeks from the order date. I understand your frustration that you couldn't get the car right away; we have processes to go through, and above all else, we work as quickly as possible for you. It's worth noting that we always strive to manage expectations transparently.
I want to assure you that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we take it seriously. While I understand your decision to leave a one-star rating, I do feel it might not fully reflect the efforts we exerted to meet your needs. Nonetheless, your perspective is vital, and we'll use it to refine our processes for future interactions.

From day one after my initial enquiry at end of January, Craig and Gareth have guided me throughout the process from accepting the offer, to finance documents, down to confirming delivery logistics. My Lease car arrived yesterday and it…
My Lease car arrived yesterday and it made me reflect on the whole process using I-Carlease. I was in contact with Rebecca from Day 1 and that continuity has I ensured I continued with my order despite many delays in the VAG logistics chain. None of that was the fault of I-Carlease.
I have been kept fully informed through the process and Rebecca went above and beyond when considering other car options when my existing order was delayed.

Excellent customer experience
It has to be said Rebecca Phoenix made a difference to the whole experience from start to finish. She even went over and above when my mini didn’t arrive on the promised delivery day. She contacted the Dealership told them it was unacceptable and ensured it was delivered the next working day by 8am
