I was unable to give 5 stars as the Express Delivery paid for didn't materialise: not that I would have been able to assemble the shed base immediately, but if you pay a lot of money for quick delivery (there was no choice about that) then you expect quick delivery. However, a phone call to Gavin soon sorted that out and the boxes arrived the next day. I don't have a problem with mistakes as we all make them: it's how they're dealt with that matters. So, full marks to Gavin. (Read the 4 stars as 4 and 1/2). Product looks good and sturdy and was well packaged.

Feel it's only fair to edit my review (shown in last paragraph). I reached out on social media and Ted, the MD contacted me and acknowledged fully what has gone wrong with orders recently. I've seen myself, the issues with DPD in the run up to Christmas, they were dire.

Not only did they refund me, they also replaced my order free of charge.

there's no disputing the quality/pricing of their product, my grief was with the aftersales.

Much appreciated sorting things out and i'll definitely consider purchasing from them again.

Absolutely dire customer service. 28 grids in my latest order and 19 are damaged. Not a single reply after sending photos of the damage. Not only that but they are incompatible with my previous order.

Fantastic prompt delivery of a good piece of kit. Just perfect to hold the gravel.

Purchased gravel grids with a due date 5/12, didnt turn up and on 6/12 got badly written hurried email blaming delivery issues but would be in contact. Ive chased and chased, nothing, no phone answer, no email replies. Worst is the email had cc’d all 35 customers that day (rather than email individually those they thought it applied to or at least bcc the emails) so consequence is we all had each others emails which is a data protection breach, and which i spotted when another customer (probably unintentionally) replied to all. Theyve ignored my reply about that too. I just want a refund as im uncomfortable doing business with this level of unprofessionalism.

After ordering 300 grids Ibran must have had a supply issue because some of the grids were not compatible with others.
When told about this the company could not have been more helpful in trying to sort the problem. In fact as the grids were for a community project Ibran was good enough to donate some extras to help finish the project

Ordered 20 Grids they arrived and 2 styles and was incompatible with each other emailed company who said they will sort it out , nearly 3 weeks and 14 emails later still no resolution . Had an email saying they had proof of delivery and sent me the original delivery picture of the 25th November , then without warning a dpd note came through the door saying they tried to pick up a parcel , I had left instructions where grids are with Ibran and another email sent and a reply asking me to chase up dpd to get them back to pick up grids
So I can not post a review of the grids themselves as I have yet to use them . I can only review the customer service after they have their payment

Product excellent lack of comunication dreadfull

Good quality,easy to put down..I do recommend these as they do what they say.

Quality product, arrived really quickly, perfect for what we needed (8x6 shed base). Would definitely recommend and love the fact that the materials are recycled and from a family business.

first time I've used a plastic grid shed base; easy to use (my shed 12x8), cheaper and more eco than concrete. Ibran was the best price i could find for this type of product. delivery was prompt.

Had a problem with the online calculator on the website which was sorted out and rectified promptly. Orders delivered extremely quickly. The base was easy to lay and our much needed shed is being built next week!

I bought 30no. IBRAN interlocking trays to lay in a shingle path. The 500x500x40mm trays lock together tightly. Once shingle is poured over them they can be invisible and allow a heavy wheelbarrow to pass along the path without digging into the shingle. Ordered on a Friday and delivered the next Wednesday. Just perfect for the job.

Easy order process and quick delivery by their courier.
Items well packaged and arrived in good condition with no faults.
We purchased grass parking grids but used them upside down to provide a gravel finish to the top of a gabion river bank.As it was 1 m wide grids were ideal and easy to trim round obstructions too.
