Do not order from them
Do not order from them, they sent me a MTB to the value of £1500. Firstly they sent my bike to the wrong address, I took the day off work and waited all day and was not delivered. I eventually called Fedex who told me the address was incorrect on the delivery label. The next day i asked my housemate to wait in for it. The bike was received with a dent on the top tube, they originally repsonded by telling me Cannodale will only offer me £100. After i refused this they told me that i would have to return the bike but in its original packaging. The damage was noticed when i was applying the invisframe. I told them this and they then offered me £150 which is still a joke. Anyway I also paid an extra £50 for qaulity assurance and assembly which they have completely refused any responsibility for. You would hope that you get the service you paid for. They do not listen and have ignored my request for this to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER from here and if you do I wouldnt bither paying for the additional service of qaulity assurance and assembly as they do not carry the service out efficeintly or even at all for that matter. Disgrace. No responsibilty taken for a poor service.

1.- Pagué el ajuste y ensamblaje y la batería no venía montada y me costó algo el montaje.
2.- Envío algo lento pero aceptable.
3.- No hay ningún obsequio adicional, tipo bidón/portabidón, aunque sea corporativo... la compra es de un importe elevado y la bici viene tal cual (nunca me había pasado al comprar en tienda).

No warranty
I bought a bike without assembly and because of that the bike came with failed parts. On top of that they said that without assembly they can't give warranty. They don't say that on the website. Stay away from them.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We would like to clarify that all our bikes are sent exactly as provided by the manufacturer, and each bike is checked before shipping to ensure it is in proper condition. We also offer an optional assembly service, but this service has no relation to the condition of the bike or its components.
Regarding warranty, it is completely independent of the assembly service. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects regardless of whether the bike is assembled by us or not.
We would appreciate it if you could contact us privately or publish your order number here, as your review does not provide any information that allows us to identify your order so we can check and assist you properly.

Very easy to deal with. Great communication. I accidently placed my order for the wrong size bike. Cancelled and reordered straight away, no problem.
I recieved a couple of phone calls to put my mind at ease before I transferred any funds.

Bestellen met veel hulp
Ik vond het vooraf 'spannend' om een grote investering te doen via een buitenlandse webshop. De klantenservice heeft enorm goed geholpen met de vele vragen die ik had. De betaling en uiteindelijke levering verliep soepel en naar tevredenheid. Inmiddels fiets ik met veel plezier op mijn gravel e-bike.

Very bad experience
First online purchase of a bike and very bad experience. I paid for the assembly and the bike assembly was a mess, almost nothing working as expected and customer service simply don't answer to any of my emails.
Add to that late delivery + bike not marked despite it's a legal obligation in France for all vendors...simply can't recommend it !

Adjustment of the gear group, checking the tightness of the gear hanger.
Adjustment of brakes, pads, centring of discs, brake calipers properly anchored and centred.
Checking the tightness of cranks, wheels, swingarm, suspension, mudguards, racks, etc.
Adjusting the steering and quality control of the packaging.
We also have an ongoing email conversation, specifically four emails, and in the last one we asked you to take a series of actions so that we could give you a specific response to your request and complaint. With regard to the marking of the bicycle, Specialized complies with European legal regulations and the bicycle is identified with its own serial number.
We regret that you had this experience and made this assessment, and we would be delighted to continue providing you with our services in the future.

I placed and order for a small part and…
I placed and order for a small part and wanted to get confirmation about the product and about making the payment as it seems a bank transfer is the only method for payment. I have tried for 4 days using both the online chat bot and through email to contact IBK and have had no response. They do seem to reply to reviews so trying to get someone to contact me this way.

Ordered a bike which was "in stock" on 16 of october, with expected delivery date of 22 october. Received on 10 November. It missed my kid's birthday. Hard to communicate with them, but they told me they are waiting for bike from orbea, while it was still "in stock" on a site.

We would also like to inform you that the bicycle was indeed delayed in delivery by our supplier, which in turn caused a delay in our preparation of the shipment. However, as soon as we received the product in our warehouse, we dispatched it as quickly as possible: it was sent on 4 November with DHL and was finally delivered on 10 November.
