I ordered 2 batteries from this company at the start of January. I didn't check the reviews but am gutted that I was so stupid to have ordered through this shambolic BS company without doing proper research. I have complained directly via email and have continued to have storied fed to me about wait another week. If the price is too good to be true it probably is. I am sure I will be fighting for my money for the next 3 months. Stay away from this company I wish I would have read some of these reviews first but I don't believe this awful Chinese company should be allowed to use a .co.uk when all products are shipped direct from China and I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman as It is misleading. #dontwasteyourtime

Yep, I seem to have fallen for the same misleading company. They claim quick shipping from what they claim is a company based in Portsmouth. However, as soon as Paypal sent a receipt from a chinese company I started to worry. 2 weeks later, still no battery. Whether or not my battery arrives eventually and whether or not it is genuine, I am yet to find out. However, they are genuinely fraudulent in how they set up their company as a UK based front.

Fake makita battery's. Both broke within a month. Paid full wavk for both of them aswell. Won't be buying anything from this company again.

ordered makita 5amp battery's. Reading the reviews I'm not the only one battery hasn't arrived. PayPal and ibattiers not refunding looks like a long road ahead.. stay away from this company!!!!

Horrendous China based company selling fakes. Really struggling to get refund via PayPal. It was a fake with no serial number. 3 months nearly fighting to get a refund. Horrendous company

Please be aware that the buying process lead you to believe you are purchasing goods from a UK seller based in Portsmouth. I have checked the address. There is NO company called Ibatterys in Portsmouth at this address. You are buying from a company in China. Read other reviews regarding product quality

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! These are based in China and are fake makita batteries!!! They purport to be uk based but are clearly not check out their email address for a start ?? Check out the standard of english text?? They are thieving scumbags and the positive reviews are also false!!

I eventually got my battery.Lots of Emails. Alice seemed under pressure from somebody, but she did get it sorted. I probably wouldnt use them myself, but if they get their system set up, the battery is fine. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Not Genuine, but work.

Just received my makita batteries today,there was a bit of a delay regarding delivery,which I was informed of.
They well well packed & in pristine condition.
Overall,great price,great service.

Really poor experience and I hope you read these reviews before placing your order. I ordered a battery (obviously) and it took over a month to arrive by which point I wanted to return this as have found an alternative. Customer services is through Alice (doubt that’s her name and it’s probably a bloke) on an email and attempting to return the battery was impossible. He/She just kept offering me a discount before finally saying I couldn’t return the battery as they were based in China. So if you think you are buying from a company in Portsmouth, think again. Just a really poor shopping experience with an unresolved outcome in the end.

I’d leave zero stars if that was possible. Purchased “Genuine Canon LP-E17” camera battery that was confirmed by Canon USA to be counterfeit. They hid the battery inside the shell of a charger to avoid shipping it as a lithium battery. Bad company. AVOID!

I bought two Nikon camera batteries from this firm as while they weren't cheap, they weren't outrageously expensive like the ones going through normal channels. They look to be genuine, but as with everything, it's hard to tell. Whatever, I've had them several months now and they function okay.
If there was a downside, it took at least a month for me to receive them with nothing by way of updates to inform me of progress. To date though, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

The company i believe also go by the name of Outlet Technology and / or Zhouxy. I ordered a Makita 5 h battery and on reading reviews cancelled it 3 days later asking for a refund and assuming i'd prevented shipping. That's when runaround started and email after email with the returns always asking me to be patient and delivery 3/5 days hence. Absolute rubbish. I raised a complaint with Pay Pal under heading of un-authorised activity which was the only heading that remotely fit. Earlier this week i raised another complaint with paypal for non delivery and 2 days later got a note from PayPal and another from China acknowledging refund which went into my bank today. Advice is definitely STEAR CLEAR but if you have already ordered then hound Paypal who, to be honest are pretty good and on you're side if you are honest with them.
The Company are not to be trusted at all.

Contacted Paypall asking for a full refund after returning the FAKE BATTERY! PayPal denied the refund ! Contacted the company directly again they mentioned that they would refund me the money ! After a while no refund ! Contacted them again ! They were polite email wise and eventually refund the money 2 weeks later and CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO DELIVER ON THE PROMISED TIME - DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD AND RELIABLE COMPANY.
MY RECOMMENDATION!
TRY NOT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE OF YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!

Terrible company, NOT based in UK LIARS.
Ordered battery, chased up after a month, company said it had been shipped, waited another 2 weeks, company stated to wait another few days, gave tracking link which said that the parcel had not even shipped, PAYPAL claim, company said to wait another week and gave another tracking link which said battery had ot been shipped.

I used to buy lots of batteries from i battery company but this company cheated me by not giving me battery so i say it is a fraudulent company so stay away from this company. buyonlineservice24
