In my experience, Absolutely the worst telecom company in the world !!!

Regarding This telecommunications company in Morocco and all its subsidiaries have, frankly, monopolized the market. Their prices are exorbitant, and the quality is poor. I urge people to unite and boycott this exploitation under the guise of the law. Is there a rating below zero?

If I could rate it with half a star, I would choose it; it's the worst telecommunications company ever

The services this internet company provide are hurrendous, we are in 2026, theyre rnning on a monopoly strategy using the curroupt politicians to achive and maintain their current position, imaging moroccan pays more in internet while recieve at best to describe a mediocre flux of internet, and dont even make me start decribing how much of a the shity internet they provide , while in europe or even in africa they get a better internet deals for basicaly the same of amount payed.

The worst company ever. Fake offers, complete market monopoly, and no respect for the customer. It doesn't even deserve half a star.They increase the price of offers, in collusion with other Moroccan companies, and also reduce internet speed to less than 1 megabyte.

The pricing is too high vs the quality of service, like a scam

They said you got 100 mb/s but the reality turn out to be 10 mb and sometimes 4 mb.

So they lied to costumes + the pricings is very high compared to other regions

Très décevant. Pour une assistance d'urgence il faut compter 25h au mieux ! Comme il n'y a aucun rdv possible vous êtes bloqués chez vous pour attendre l'appel du technicien. Une panne réparée peut se reproduire moins de 48h après et vous devez recommencer la même galère d'attente du technicien. Vraiment je ne recommande pas.

im a 12 year old customer i never changed provider since i know they are all the same and im here to tell that nothing chnaged in all this years the quality of internet is worst than u could immagine nothing good can be said about them its really sad u feel stuck no other options high price low quality, disgusted
