Customer service at Glasgow store was outstanding , from initial call , to selection of frames to picking up my new glasses
Suzanne was warm , professional and endlessly patient , as was her female colleague who helped bring frames
. Mikey was great when I went to collect my new specs
. I shall never go anywhere else now .

I have been with i2i for over 20 years. The optometrists are very professional, thorough and approachable and always take any concerns I’ve had seriously. Never had any problems with service or my glasses, but I also have to say the staff are great too.

Love this optician, they are always really friendly and make you feel valued. Each step is clearly explained and you are given the relevant options with no 'hard sell'.
Today I had my eyes tested and was really pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently this was done, I was guided through the various steps very smoothly. The opitician took the time to explain what was happening and at the end gave a breakdown of what my new prescription meant and what my options were.
They were happy to arrange for new prescription lenses for my old glasses, and also talked me through current option styles and prices. I found the total price to be very affordable for what I had decided to go with, especially for a second pair. I will need to go back to have new lenses fitted to my current glasses but I had expected that as they are prescription.
Overall very please, can't recommend enough.
