I would recommend Hytal Kitchens to everyone! Can not recommend them enough! From measuring to design to fitting and after care, I was fully supported and reassured throughout to make sure I got the exact finish I wanted!

Richard did an excellent job of fitting, he took care of every detail and he scribed in all of the the panel detail where my boiler is, you would never know it was in there but is totally accessible and accounted for all the clearance needed inside the cupboard for the boiler to ensure it complies with ventilation regulations. Great knowledge and great craftsmanship.

Annabelle was an amazing support throughout and kept me informed about every little thing so that I didn’t stress. I knew exactly when people would be available and when things were happening. I opted for some features that were a little more complex so I needed people to come back and do bits after my quartz worktops and tiled floors went in, just to put my plinth’s on etc and it was as smooth as could be. Any query I had or help I needed during or after install was available and they were straight on it, That’s great aftercare!

I had 3 other quotes from big chain companies, one of which had 40% off and Hytal was still less expensive for the same high spec. The quality and service you’ll get from this company will not be matched in my opinion having used others in the past. You don’t have to worry about delivery as the fitter organises it all to arrive as he goes so that it’s not all piled up in your house for days like I’ve had in the past. I was renovating my whole house so this was one less stress I had to think about as it was all handled so well. I could go on and on about how great they are but I think you get the idea! Love my new kitchen that is now the hub of the house! I’m now looking at using them for fitted wardrobes for my bedrooms! 10/10

Annabelle was very knowledgeable in regards to a few kitchen upgrades I needed from a previous fit with Hytal, nothing was too much trouble and Annabelle kept me informed from start to finish along with Richard who installed my upgrades he was a very professional and the finished product was absolutely spot on,I would recommend Hytal for all kitchen and bedroom fits, Hytal are totally customer focused and the staff are a credit to the company.

I called into Hytal about replacing some kitchen doors. Anabelle was lovely very helpful and sorted us out straight away. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Very unusual to get such good customer service.

Hytal were excellent at arranging all the trades people attended on time. Everyone who came did a great job.
If we had any issues or queries these were sorted immediately. The finished kitchen is beautiful. I would recommend them to any one.

I have been really impressed by the service I've received at Hytal. Everything ordered was present in perfect condition. Delivered on time as wanted. Annabelle and Steve have been great over email, responding quickly and helpfully. The fitter，David and the glassman fitter , Mark did a fabulous job and highly recommend. The service was fantastic. I am so happy with my new kitchen. The fitters (Richard Pamment & Chris) did a great job. Ver hard working, cleaning up every night before leaving. I will recommend Hytal to anyone that wants a new kitchen or bedroom. I'd like to also mention Annabelle was a tremendous help in choosing the colours and materials. Great service from start to finish. Very helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom. Delivered on time and fitted well. Lovely quality, I am supper happy with my bedroom. I have used Hytal twice before and would definitely recommend them.

This is the second fitted bedroom we have had from Hytal, fantastic experience all around. Sales staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, through to installation guys the same. All went to plan and we are extremely pleased with our new quality bedroom refit. I can highly recommend Hytal.

Can only write this review after court case today, went back to Hytal as my first kitchen was excellent so you go back to what you know, wish i had never bothered and it's all down to the fitter Craig M, Hytal sent. I asked Hytal to send someone to look at the kitchen as I was not happy due to the state of the upstands, then I noticed the work top and sink were damaged after complaining to Hytal asking for someone to come and see this kitchen,they said that all 3 worktops would need replacing and the upstands, so again in January 2022 I had to have part of my kitchen taken out,(did not expect this) after another few days the kitchen was back in, but now with other issues caused by the fitter I had to keep complaining as each time the fitter came back to do the so called snagging reports he made a complete mess again,I did ask for a new fitter but was told no one will touch someone else work by now I think Hytal were sick of me phoning e-mailing, then the extractor they fitted was dripping water back into my pans( I was told to use my pan lids) they finally replaced the extractor 6 months later,the fitter left a big hole in my wall and after I phoned Hytal to tell them to get this fitter out of my house as I was not standing for this no more,so had to seek legal advice, I had to make applicaion for court. Which all together has taken 14 months for me to have to wait to try and get Hytal to take responsibility,all I wanted was a kitchen that I had paid for. Im so glad I took photos from start to finish as Hytal started to claim the fitter was not down to them they sent him, blamed me for doors not been flush, waste pipes been cross threaded, I could go on. Yes I won in court and can now sort my kitchen out. HYTAL this did not need togo this far, when someone complains believe your customer dont make them out to be liers, now you have court case against you all for sake of a few quid. I might have a few issues to sort out in my kitchen, but that's nothing to what its cost you.
Update - By the way if anyone wants proof i do have, phone call logs,even though i didnt use in court, also photos and proof of e-mails, also you did know about the issues , and the reason it was 4 days as you say is becsuse,it was weekend and Annabelle was on leave monday as it states in the e-mail i recieved off her. also regarding the money, i wasnt bothered about it was the princible of you taking responsability. Having received fabulous service from Hytal when we had a new kitchen a couple of years ago we knew where to go for replacement wardrobe doors, once again we are more than happy with the service we have received and love our completed bedroom.

We had a great experience right from the start to completion of our kitchen. Annabelle was really helpful throughout the whole process. She is friendly and client focused. She is very efficient in coordination of fitting team as well as the other tradesmen needed. Steve who does the plans is really good and checked everything with us. Everything ran smoothly and to plan. Richard the fitter has done an excellent job. We are so pleased with our new kitchen.He works so hard and his work is very high standard. I would highly recommend Hytal as a company.

We got our kitchen fitted from Hital in Morley from day one we were at ease with the showroom manager Annabelle Walker she told us there was no pressure to look around and no pressure if we did not go ahead with what we chose she would not be ringing us and she gave us plenty of time to make up our minds she kept her word .Once we decided on the kitchen we had chosen she kept in touch to make sure everything we chose was right and if we were unsure she would change anything for us .The workmen were all very very good from the person that ripped out all the kitchen out then the plasterer plumber electrician radiator fitter to the kitchen fitter and splashback fitter they had mostly all worked for Hytal for about 20 years and as one finished a job the next workman came the next day until all the work was done and each day the van driver came and took all the rubbish away he was excellent nothing was too much trouble for him .If anyone is wanting a kitchen fitted we highly recomend Hytel in Morley and as for Annabelle her after sales was very good she followed everything though to the finish the units are top quality the worktops and splashbacks perfect A&Y

All the team have been very professional, friendly and helpful.
The fitters were very hard working and respectful whilst working in our home.
A few pieces of the bedroom furniture were slightly damaged. These were quickly reordered and then replaced, just causing a slight delay in the final completion of the works.
We are really pleased with the furniture.
The Hytal team have just completed fitting out the last of our four bedrooms. A recommendation in itself!

Great showroom so you can choose exactly what you want. There was no pressure to have more units or extras.

My existing Hytal wardrobes we’re given a makeover to bring them more up to date in a new soft grey. From design planning with Annabelle to the fitting with Richard the transformation was seamless. I’ve used Hytal for all my bedroom furniture & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A lot cheaper than other companies but with the personal touch & superb quality.

All of the team at Hytal are 100% professional & the service is absolutely outstanding. The fitted wardrobes they supplied are of a very high quality & look stunning. From looking around the showroom to all the work being completed, every process was delivered efficiently & stress free. Thank you so much!

Hytal were excellent from start to finish. Their sales and administration team were quick, efficient and very professional. I was put at my ease in their showroom and at no stage ever felt like I was being 'sold to'. The installation process was on time, clean and well managed. I'm very happy with my new wardrobes.

We received absolutely amazing service from Hytal from start to finish during our kitchen refit. From the first showroom visit to signing up for it to the rip out and refit happening, we were kept informed the whole time and we had regular courtesy phone calls from the showroom to check we were happy with how everything was progressing. We now have our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. Hytal project managed the whole process and arranged the dates with each individual tradesman needed for the job. We really didn’t have to do anything and the personal service is what sets them apart from the larger chain kitchen companies. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
