I’ve been using HYSapientia for almost a year now, and it still works perfectly. Every meal feels effortless, and I trust this brand to deliver quality every time. I honestly feel a connection to the brand because of their consistency and attention to detail.

This is by far the most reliable kitchen appliance I’ve used. Food cooks faster, tastes better, and comes out consistent every time. Using HYSapientia feels like having a little kitchen assistant that cares about your meals.

I had a few questions during setup, and the customer service team responded quickly and kindly. Their support made me feel confident that HYSapientia truly cares about their customers, not just sales.

Quickness of receiving air fryer. Also had a query regarding English Instructions and cookbook as not included in package. Replied within 48 hours with downloadable PDF files for both.

I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Spent over 150 on an air fryer oven. It went wrong in less than 6 months so I contacted them for help. They totally dismissed me. They stalled over and over asking for more i formation each time, they requested a video of the product and the issues, which I sent. They then said the video I sent was not of the product and therefore they can't do anything. They lied over and over again. I am now in the process of seeking professional advice on what I can do. And I have no doubt they will reply to this review saying I didn't contact them.

I purchased an oven from this company via Amazon in November 2023. Unfortunately, the dial/knob has stopped working. I contacted them with photos and a video to ask about the warranty and advise on how to fix it if this is out of warranty, as I absolutely love the oven. I've not even had it two years, which is not ideal for the dial to stop responding. I haven’t received any reply yet

It’s disappointing not to receive support. If they respond or resolve this, I’ll be happy to update my review.

I needed a replacement divider board for my double air fryer they were very good in organising the replacement and returning my emails

Excellent Air Oven.
I needed to contact customer services to enquire about removing and cleaning the inside of the double glass front. When they received my message, they replied promptly and resolved the issue quickly, and beyond my expectations.
This Air Oven is a brilliant addition to my kitchen.
I never used my built-in Oven since this arrived. Cooks everything in half the time and cost.
Beautiful handy accessories.
I use it everyday and we love it.
I am over 70 and to have such a brilliant Oven without having to bend, sitting it on the work top, it's perfect. Terence McBride, Birmingham Uk.

They have a great customer service , bought an item which proved to be out of stock for at least a month . They returned my payment with out me asking and told me when it was back in stock. Had a small problem with UK addressing, one email and all sorted .

Non existent customer service despite our appliance still being under warranty.
No replies to emails .
