This company is aweful! It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my order. But the thing that frustrates me even more is that it’s impossible to cancel the subscription. They state that it’s just a simple click of the button once you’re logged on to the site, but there is no button to click, only instructions to email them for cancellation

The Hyrolabs posture corrector sizes are deceptive. I'm 5'6" and weigh 130 pounds and ordered a large to be safe, but it did not fit properly and was very uncomfortable. I was afraid it would cause chafing under the arms. Hyrolabs refused a refund saying they sent what I ordered and would not replace it for a larger one.
I would give this company a zero star review
I would give this company a zero star if possible. I received the product in the mail and tried it on once-brand new, never worn, tags still on it and had original packaging. It was too small and I asked for a refund, because their refund policy says if it is brand new and with original packaging then it can be returned. FALSE. They would not allow me to return or refund. Their customer service is terrible. I will never buy from this company again. The product also looks and feels cheap.
Yes its a scam
Yes its a scam, tired to cancel and they refused to cancel or refund me. I thought I was ordering from Hydrolabs but it was Hyrolabs, very deceptive. It took for ever to come in.

I am so angry with this company. They ghosted me and didn't respond for 2 weeks and then finally Julia in customer service declined my refund and return. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!!
Hydro Labs has a wonderful product, But!
Hydro Labs has a wonderful product ... A back support that straightens your posture and relieves pain, but what good is it if it doesn't fit? Most of the clothes I wear are an extra large. But Hydros XLarge support is at best a small. It took me several email communications and they finally sent me their largest, a 3X. I paid for the postage. $14.99 plus they asked me for a tip so it cost me $16.99. I can barely get into it because it was at best a medium. So far it cost me $62.65 for this support and I can't use it because it's way too small! My order was placed 06-02-25
Bad customer concern
I ordered this 2 months ago. it took over a month to receive, i tried to put it on, but had difficulty figuring out how to, as there were no instructions that came with it. My friend tried to help me with it, but realized it was too small. I emailed them several times for help to either refund me my money OR replace it with Larger size as I really wanted/needed something for my back/posture and they’re response was that they were sorry but felt they had sent the correct size (?). How does this help me?? Please beware, they don’t seem to care about your situation and need.

I ordered the ProStretch and the posture corrector. The posture corrector was exactly as advertised and is fine, but the item that they sent instead of the Prostretch was a cheap version that was nothing like what was advertised or pictured. Contacting customer service resulted in getting the same automatic message over and over and there is no way to speak to someone or get someone to respond. Do not trust this company!
Hyrolabs: Stop Don't Buy
Extremely disappointed in the product as well as the customer service. I ordered the Hyroabs PostureFix, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it. The PostureFix had some kind of chemical on it, I tried everything to air it out, however the chemical smell wouldn't go away. It got on my hands and anything I put it on. When I reached out to HyroLabs I was told that was normal and to wash it, back and forth with customer service, I'm aware when items are shipped that after being pressured into packaging there can be an odor however this was beyond that, I've never had a chemical smell like that transfer to anything it touched and just wouldn't go away. Customer service refused to do anything except tell me to wash it, I didn't feel safe putting that chemical in my washer. Oh and they offered a discount on my next purchase, meaning... we know you're unhappy but spend more money with us and we'll give you a discount.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I purchase a brace using their size chart before ordering. I received the correct order, however I was unable to even get this on my body, it was sooo small. Apparently this is a common thread. After numerous emails, they refused to refund me and have stopped responding to my emails. Very shady company. Money down the drain.
Customer service refuses to resolve anything
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address so it was sent back. I contacted them right away and they kept telling me to update the address on the site but it wouldn't let me. I continued to email them and they said they would ship me out another one but I had to pay shipping even though I bought TWO that were never received and separate shipping for both. They refused a reshipment without more money and refused to give me a refund for them. Finally they said they couldn't help me at all. $100 later and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Don't buy from this company you won't get anywhere.

Scam!!! Stay away. They will send you a product but once they sell it to you, your stuck with it because they provide ZERO customer service. Their sizes do not match typical US sizes. I will NEVER BUY from this company again.
Total rip off
Total rip-off. I purchased their biggest size in the hope it will help me with my back. But they take advantage of sick people. I got the shipment, opened the package, and tried it on. That was less than a few seconds. Put it back in the bag. They do not have a tag on the product itself; be careful, as they will ask for one and there is none. Then they say sorry, we are not going to accept your return. They should not mess with people in need. They do not deserve one star.

How can you tell if a garment fits or is comfortable if you don’t wear it. I wore my brace over undergarments twice for 20 minutes and it rubbed a sore.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. There customers service is horrible. They don't stand by there return policy. Buyer beware this company is the biggest scam. They will take your money and don't stand by their products. I would've given zero stars if I had the choice. This shop is completely worthless.
I ordered a posture fit
I ordered a posture fit, it took 30 days to receive. When I received the size was at least 4 sizes to small. I tried to reach someone to return. Cannot reach anyone. I sent many emails to the info@hyrolabs with no response. Support@hyrolabs does not work either.
Terrible
Terrible - both product and customer service. They say 30 day money-back guarantee but that’s a lie. When I reached out to return they took weeks to get back to me and only to tell me I couldn’t return because the item was on sale. From what I can see the item is always on sale so this business is misleading and basically scamming people but saying they provide easy returns but then not allowing them.
