I had 5 sessions with Fiachra over Zoom. He has helped me so much in those sessions, all which have made a huge impact on my life. He can change your mind set for the better even after a few sessions. He is relaxed, kind and influential. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their life and overall wellbeing.

I found my hypnotherapist Caitriona a brilliant help to me. I had issues being overwhelmed with life and she guided me to be able to deal with everyday life practically straight away! I have made great strides with my swimming lessons which I never thought possible. I think the main key is therapy as well as hypnosis. I would highly recommend the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre

I have struggled most of my life as a fussy eater
I have struggled most of my life as being a fussy eater due to an incident that happened when I was younger. I have tried other methods of hypnosis in other clinics that did not work.Fiachra was amazing in helping me over come the fear of this and been able to eat and try new foods. I would definitely recommend Fiachra to anybody.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We have worked with a lot of clients that have similar issues regarding food. Many have suffered for their teenage and adult years, holding them back in many ways.
The issue, as you know, was actually much deeper where this deep sense of fear and powerlessness was taking over. This certainly affects other aspects of our client's lives, whether they are aware of it or not!
Now, you can actually enjoy eating and look forward to trying new foods, and new adventures beyond food!
This is far more common than people think, and we wish to continue to help people regain control of their emotional responses and break free from their own psychological resistances, no matter how illogical!

Releasing weight with ease & control!
Cáitriona was so patient and brought me to a place, FINALLY, that I am in control of my eating behaviours! I was your classic strict "12-week body transformation" gym goer, followed by months of binging and putting it all back on. I was obsessed with counting calories and being extremely hard on myself. I now allow myself to eat what I want with ease and in quantity I choose. I have released weight in a healthy sustainable manner whilst feeling the best version of me. Thank you Cáitriona for helping me heal myself.

Very positive program and professional service.
Hello, firstly I was very sceptical at the start to try Hypnosis as I didn't know what to expect. I was working with Fiachra and I have to say he made me feel very comfortable from the start and the work started straightaway. I did all my sessions online and I wondered if this would work, but they did for sure. This work was very personal and was all about me truly seeing who I am meant to be and not being held back by what other people may have transferred onto me over the years. My self-confidence and acceptance of myself grew in the areas I was struggling with and this started to work following my first session and grew as the weeks went on. I can see this not only in my high pressured work environment but also in my personal life, and all I need to do is continue to practice and believe in myself, as we are all meant for great things. There is no magic work done but it is truly magical when you see it working. Also, I really like that Fiachra was available at all times if needed throughout my program and the same applies now that I have finished. So i can check back in and fine tune something if required. I would recommended this service if you are struggling in any area, as it has helped me not just in one area but in many as it has shown me the person I was always meant to be, I just didn't belive it before, but now I do.

I have done 2 different types of hypnotherapy in the past, both successful but never had they've been able to tackle 35 years of bad habits due to unresolved trauma. Very simple and effective
I was extremely sceptical at first to try those sessions, but only after the first one I felt a change, and it just got better with the 2nd and 3rd sessions.
I wasn't able to get in elevators without being afraid, but just in one hour of Talk I was already fine with getting in one of those.
1 hour of talk with Fiachra was more effective than 6 months of therapy.

Public speaking anxiety
My issues was public speaking anxiety. I decided I had had enough of the thoughts around public speaking controlling my work and home life. I googled and found Fiachra. He gave me a phone call and knew exactly what I was going through. We then started 1 hour online zoom sessions. The sessions were amazing. I now have a completely different mindset into how I think and look forward to public speaking. I had my first presentation at work and it just felt normal for the first time. That’s all I wanted was to feel normal speaking in a crowd. Fiachra has provided me with the thoughts to change my life. Thank you.

I had four sessions with Fiachara. I can't say enough about him. A god send, makes you feel so relaxed. Felt even the first session made a difference but by the fourth I felt myself again . Happy and back to myself. I would highly recommend Fiachara the best decision I ever made ❤️

I had 6 sessions with Caitriona
I had 6 sessions with Caitriona. I suffered with insomnia and was taken sleeping pills and they even stopped working. I also had anxiety and worried unnecessary over things that might never happen. I have to admit it took a while for me to realise it was working, its works even when you don't think it's working, but Caitriona was always encouraging me every step of the way. It was online but it felt like Caitriona was in the room I am sleeping much much better and am in a better place now no more negative thoughts only positive ones. The recording that Caitriona gave me where a great help I will always have them now if I need them. Thank you very much Caitriona.

Thank you for your detailed review. Your experience with insomnia, sleeping pills, anxiety and overthinking is unfortunately very common with a lot of our clients before their sessions.
Thank you for acknowledging that you did not even realise it was working, when really it was! That's why our check-in calls between sessions are so important. This support really compounds the work done in the sessions to allow the subconscious mind to heal and grow!
As you know, our online sessions really are 100% as effective as face-to-face, and the vast majority of our clients complete their program fully online with life-changing results.

Anxiety
I was suffering with chronic panic attacks to the point of not leaving the house. After 3 online sessions with Fiachra I started to notice a difference as he helped me to understand anxiety and get my life back. By the end of my programme I was back to better than normal. Cannot recommend him enough and will be forever grateful.

I was a heavy smoker
I was a heavy smoker. I felt I give a try to use a hypnosis therapy. we had one time session for 6 weeks. this is the fourth month I didn't even think about cigarette. Big thanks to Fiachra. Highly recommended.

You are allowed to smoke! In fact, if you want to have a cigarette, please do!!
This shows the power of our unique multi-therapy approach that we have developed over many years. Hypnosis plays a part in this, but it is the mindset towards smoking.
We do not hypnotise you to stop smoking, we put you back in control of your behaviours and actions. This is one of the strongest superpowers anyone can have, the power of controlling their desires.

Managimg stress and anxiety
It's been couple weeks now since I attend 3 sessions online with Caitríona. I wanted to finally manage my anxiety I would get in stressful times. After speak with Caitriona she quickly put me at ease and helped identity areas that she could help me with and give me the tools to manage my stress and anxiety. Wasn't sure would it work especially online. But can tell you after the first session, the feeling of a weight lifted off my shoulders was crazy. A weight I didn't know I had. The stress was gone, felt in control and now have tools to do anything without the worry of anxiety managing me. Would 100% recommend giving hypnosis ago .
